Employment security is one of the important policies to ensure the follow-up development of easily migrants.However,the current low employment rate and unstable employment are still the main problem after relocation.The goal of "stable stability and get rich" has been severely tested.At present,the employment security for poverty alleviation and relocation isn’t yet mature.To explore the policy effects of employment security on the employment of immigrants is important for the employment security and the realization of the goal.On the other hand,it is practical to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation by relocation and implement the next revitalization plan.In the past,most researches on employment security have been analyzed from the perspective of the government,using a "top-down" research perspective,focusing on policy texts,and lack of empirical research on employment security for relocated poverty alleviation migrants.In view of this,this research focus on the beneficiaries of employment security,and based on the analysis of the textual analysis of the employment security policy for poverty alleviation and relocation,based on field survey data in J County,Hubei Province,analyzes the current poverty alleviation migration before and after relocation.The status of employment change and the status of obtaining employment security,and to analyze the effect of security policies on the displaced persons by a log model,and to explore which types of employment security policies are more helpful to promote the smooth employment of displaced persons.The research found that: First,the overall employment situation of the easily migrants changed before and after the relocation.After the relocation,the overall employment rate,employment structure,and employment status have all improved,and the migrants have achieved a higher level of employment security in the information support and technical support categories.Get the level.Second,the employment security policy for poverty alleviation and relocation has achieved the role of promoting the employment of immigrant groups.The employment security of information support,technical support and financial support has an unbalanced effect on the employment promotion of immigrants,and the employment security of information support Compared with the technical support or financial support employment guarantee,it has a stronger influence on the smooth employment of immigrants.The technical support has the middle influence and the financial support is the weakest.Third,under the same policy environment,the market players of resettlement sites and the differences in communities will have an impact on the vulnerable people.Based on the above research findings,this article proposes to establish an unemployment insurance system for immigrants and an evaluation system for employment security,give full play to the role of the unemployment insurance system for immigrants and employment promotion,establish an employment service platform,realize the improvement of the employment security system,and guarantee the implementation of policies Effectiveness,to avoid policy manifestations as short-term strategic behaviors.In addition,it will strengthen the basic role of market players in absorbing employment,develop featured industries,complete the training management system,enhance the employment competitiveness of migrants,and realize the construction of an employment security system for diversified entities participating in poverty alleviation migrants.
