| With the advancement of China’s urbanization process,urban population and urbanization rate rising,the expanding urban population agglomeration,the phenomenon such as shortage of land resources,therefore,under the background of urban community in the development of high quality,high volume ratio,high coverage density community has become the main development in the process of urbanization construction in China.However,as the growth of the operating life,high density community owners early pay a fee of tube has been difficult to maintain the property company to provide various community services,then appear the green weeds,bare soil,parking space,public space is occupied by a privately,entrance guard,and small advertising,elevator can’t normal use high-density community services such as disability phenomenon,the tube to the owner to delay to pay property fee,even refused to pay the management fee,so as to make the property company revenue deteriorate further,eventually lead to high density community service can even failure.Therefore,in the correction of high-density service failure,the dynamic strategy choice of various participants can be analyzed to provide an important foundation for promoting the healthy development of high-density community.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of high-density community governance,and defines the main participants in the governance of high-density community service failure.Secondly,under the premise of bounded rationality,a two-party evolutionary game model of property company and owner is constructed,and the stability of the equilibrium point of the model is analyzed.The results show that no matter what the initial value of both parties is,the system will reach a stable state at(0,0).Then,through the collection of relevant literature,found that community of government departments in high-density community governance plays a role of guidance,support and supervision,as a result,the evolutionary game model,the third party subject to further build earthly government departments,the community property management company,the owner of the tripartite evolutionary game model,the stability of the equilibrium of the system are analyzed.On this basis,the evolutionary game model are established based on the two sides SD model of evolutionary game model and the three parties,external variables is analyzed through data simulation for each participation main body the influence degree of the strategy choice,and the dynamic evolution process of each participation main body,and the simulation results of two kinds of system dynamics model are compared.Finally,according to the simulation results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the three parties in the treatment of high density community service failure.This paper USES game theory method to study the high density community service disability correct management strategy choice among the interest subjects,and combined with system dynamics of each participation main body was analyzed,and the dynamic behavior,has been clear about the community of government departments for high density of the importance of community governance,the results show that good support funds and effective punishment mechanism plays a direct role for property company and owner.In addition,according to the simulation results,scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward for each participant,which provides a forward-looking theoretical guidance for promoting the correction of disability in high-density community service in China. |
