Research On Problems And Improvement Strategies Of Pingfang District Citizen’s Electronic Participation Platform

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,citizen participation has become an important way for government agencies to realize co governance and citizens’ willingness to participate in social governance,and citizen participation has gradually changed from the initial offline mode constrained by time and space to the online mode with lower cost and free from time and space constraints.With the continuous development and improvement of information technology,a better way of e-participation has become possible.However,in reality,due to various factors,the model of e-participation in social governance in bungalow district has not achieved good results,especially the establishment of e-participation platform is not perfect.In order to effectively promote e-participation of citizens in bungalow district and realize social governance from the government oriented From the perspective of public management,it is particularly important and urgent to study how to improve the platform of citizens’ electronic participation in social governance through the efforts of all parties.Based on the analysis of the current situation of citizens’ participation in social governance in bungalow District,through theoretical research,questionnaire survey,learning from advanced methods,and on the basis of carefully analyzing the problems existing in citizens’ e-participation platform,this paper makes an in-depth study of the public questionnaire feedback,and points out that the platform audience is less and single,the platform user experience is poor,and the interaction with citizens is insufficient Through in-depth analysis of the data,it is not difficult to find three major reasons for the poor effect of citizen participation in the platform of e-participation in social governance in bungalow District: the platform’s own construction,publicity popularity and element guarantee.In order to give full play to the co governance role of citizens in social governance and establish a more mature platform for citizens’ e-participation in social governance,based on the in-depth study of the theory of citizen participation at home and abroad,and on the basis of analyzing the problems and causes,this paper finally puts forward the corresponding integration and improvement of the platform for citizens’ e-participation,multi-party efforts to increase publicity and popularization,and strengthening the whole social governance The improvement suggestions,such as factor guarantee,provide a strong support for the realization of effective citizen e-participation,the improvement of the government’s ruling ability,and the strengthening of social governance,which are of far-reaching significance.
