Research On Citizen Participation Motivation In The Construction Of Social Governance Community

The complicated of public problems directly led people to re-examine the relationship between state and society,looking for a new model to solve the issues.Governance began to be regarded as an effective way to solve complex public problems,the construction of social governance community is an active explore.However,for China under the long-term influence of feudal ideology,citizen participation has no good historical accumulation in both culture and practice.In the construction of social governance community,citizens also have not played their due value and role.Thus,it's urgent to promote the citizen participation in social governance,and the starting point of the problem is the citizen participation motivation.Based on this,this paper intends to explore the improvement and promotion of citizen participation motivation in the construction of social governance community.Firstly,the theory of citizen participation is systematically analysis to provide theoretical support;Secondly,this paper sorts out the logical relationship between the community of social governance and the subjects,behaviors and motivations of citizen participation.Thirdly,establishing a model of citizen participation in social governance community.This paper analyzes the civic participation motivation from the perspectives of community,unit,local and country,and analyzes the factors affecting the civic participation motivation from the subjective and objective dimensions.Last,from the two dimensions of responding to demand and guiding participation,and from the three perspectives of citizens,managers and participation environment,this paper discusses the feasibility suggestions for improving citizen participation motivation.This paper finds that the degree of citizens' recognition of their participation is on the decline,indicating that their demand for participation has not been met and their motivation to participate is on the rise.At present,the interest motive of citizen participation is obvious,and the pursuit of value also plays a role in motivating participation behavior.However,the motivation of citizen participation right and public responsibility is very weak.By research,this paper holds that the construction of social governance community puts forward a high demand for citizen participation motivation.Although citizen participation motivation is on the rise,it cannot fully meet this multidimensional demand.At present,on the one hand,the citizen participation motivation should be protected,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of citizens to participate and increase their sense of participation.On the other hand,we should guide citizens' participation motivation,enhance citizens' awareness of rights and social responsibility,and realize the needs and goals of social governance.
