| The community is the most basic content of the social organism and the basic unit of social governance.The implementation of the Party’s and the country’s major policies requires a high degree of coordination between urban and rural communities.The vital interests of the residents need overall coordination of urban and rural communities.Harmonious and stable grassroots urban and rural communities require active maintenance of urban and rural communities.In the current period of community remediation and management,if the original work model is copied and copied without considering the actual situation,the rapid development of the current city cannot be followed,and even the basic expectations of the community residents cannot be met.Therefore,community construction must be carried out to adapt to the development of the new period,the community governance system must be improved,and community mechanisms must be improved.At present,it is very necessary to reform the community management system and management model so that it can adapt to the society and keep pace with the times,and meet the needs of the masses.Under the influence of the social environment in the new era,social organizations have become "third parties" different from government organizations and other profit-making organizations,and have rapidly evolved into important components of the social governance system.Community management is occupying a pivotal position in the social public service system with huge advantages,so it is of great significance to investigate and interpret community management research and analyze the relationship between community management and residents’ satisfaction.First of all,based on the systematic literature review,this study uses the existing research results and theories to define the concept of community residents’,satisfaction,and the new public service theory,community participation theory,satisfaction theory and other theories will affect the factors of residents’satisfaction.Extracted,selected some of its constituent elements as research variables,put forward the community management resident satisfaction model and corresponding research hypothesis.The model includes three main levels,namely antecedent variables,core variables and outcome variables,each of which includes several measurement dimensions.This model focuses on analyzing the structural relationship between each variable and overall satisfaction,as well as the internal relationship between satisfaction and outcome variables.Secondly,this study designed a questionnaire for community management residents’ satisfaction based on domestic and foreign literature,and used two data statistical tools:SPSS and AMOS to analyze and process the collected first-hand data,and fully used empirical research to test the relevant hypotheses in detail.,Established a community management resident satisfaction model.The results of statistical analysis show that the model includes three antecedent variables:resident expectation,resident perception,resident participation and resident loyalty,and resident complaint.These variables have a fundamental structural relationship with overall satisfaction.After investigation and analysis,the conclusion of effective community management and improvement of residents’ satisfaction is finally drawn,which provides an effective perspective and tools for the evaluation of community management,which can make the community management more optimized and the resource allocation more reasonable. |
