Study On The Role Of Grass-Roots Party Organization In Promoting Precision Poverty Alleviation

General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated in his report to the Nineteenth National Congress that he was determined to win the battle against poverty.It is our party’s solemn commitment to let the poor and poor areas join the whole country in entering a well-off society in an all-round way,and precision poverty alleviation is an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Grass-roots Party organizations play a vital role in the’last kilometer’ of peasant households as a policy.This paper takes the grassroots Party organizations in H Town as the research object.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of various grass-roots party organizations in town H in promoting precision poverty alleviation at present,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for giving full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations in precision poverty alleviation in Sichuan Province.Through designing a questionnaire,the research includes three aspects:accurate identification,precision help and help effect.The contents of the research include name,the cause of poverty caused by family,the attributes of poor households,and whether or not they know all kinds of help policies.There are 32 questions on whether to participate in various help projects,32 questions need to be answered by poor households and 18 questions need to be answered by non-poor families.A total of 468 households were interviewed,of which 268 were poor.100%of poor households,200 households of non-poor households(random sampling),10 cases of non-poor households;a total of 468 questionnaires were collected,of which 442 valid questionnaires,accounting for the total invalid 26 questionnaires,the effective rate was 94.44%.After the data analysis,it was concluded that the leading role and function of the party organizations in promoting precision poverty alleviation are not strong at the present stage in the grass-roots party organizations in the town of H,and the leaders of the internal party organizations are insufficient.The working mechanism of the Party organization is not perfect,the help policy is not perfect,and the local help characteristics in accordance with local conditions do not highlight the five problems.The main causes of these problems are the lack of ideological understanding,the unscientific working methods,Personal quality is not high enough,it is proposed to promote the leading role of grass-roots organizations,optimize organizational settings,strengthen professional learning and pay attention to the training and innovation of grass-roots organizational cadres.The mechanism of poverty alleviation strengthens the internal hematopoietic function and promotes the idea of combining poverty alleviation with the support of the spirit and the strengthening of the intelligence.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for exploring the role of grass-roots party organizations in promoting precision poverty alleviation,has certain reference basis for similar issues in the same region,and further promotes the role of grass-roots party organizations in precision poverty alleviation.It has certain reference value.
