Research On Optimitation Path PF Public Sector Training System Based On Competency Model

With the development of the country,the government is actively transforming and hopes to develop towards a service-oriented government.In order to actively respond to the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,the state’s ability and quality requirements for cadres are gradually improving.As executors of state policies,cadres play a vital role in promoting the development of the country.Therefore,it is very important to establish a training system for cadres.Since the founding of New China,the idea of improving the status of women has also become the mainstream of society,and more and more women have begun to embark on the political arena.In order to comply with current social requirements,the training of female cadres is also one of the important topics of current research.Competency model is an important tool for current enterprise human resource management.Many enterprise human resource management are based on the competency model to carry out follow-up activities including recruitment,training and performance appraisal.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the development of the female cadre training system,this paper uses the literature analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the training of female cadres,and find out the main problems existing in the current female cadre training system.The competency model is introduced into the training system of female cadres.It is hoped that the design of the follow-up training system based on the competency model of female cadres,including training needs,training content,training methods and training evaluation,to solve the current female cadres.The main problems in the cadre training system provide a new way to optimize the training system for female cadres.
