| Public balanced development of the legal services related to the realization of social fairness and justice in our country In recent years,along with our country the rule of law framework of forming gradually,the continuous improvement of the public service,all kinds of social subject,pay more and more attention to problems of public law,and public legal services equalization development problem is equal public services in one of the major problems to be solved The local people’s government coordinates the public legal service affairs in the region,undertakes decision-making and deployment to the upper level,and directs the participation and cooperation of township governments.Therefore,to study the equalization of public legal services at the county level is of great significance to the practice of public legal services in China.Literature research and questionnaire investigation method are the main research methods of this paper.In this paper,starting from the research status of equalization of public legal services at home and abroad,the public legal services,the contents and equalization of public legal services are systematically described,and Cangnan County of Zhejiang Province is selected as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey of 900 people or staff from 18 towns in the whole county,the equalization of product supply of public legal services in Cangnan County of Zhejiang province is understood in detail.We have a detailed understanding of the equalization of human resources,publicity and popularization,and product supply of public legal services in this county.Based on the new public service theory and social justice theory,combined with the current situation,this paper found that Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province,there are still some problems,such as unbalanced talent distribution,uneven penetration rate,uneven supply and demand,inadequate system security,etc.Through in-depth analysis of the reasons,the paper finally puts forward suggestions for the optimization of equal public legal services in Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province: First,to strengthen talent cultivation,to rationally control the distribution of resources,to strengthen the use of local talents,to balance the distribution of human resources,to make full use of volunteers and other resources.The second is to strengthen the publicity,to balance the publicity effect,to develop targeted publicity plans,to carry out publicity in villages,communities.The third is to clarify the supply subject,in response to the legal demand for supply,to establish a legal demand feedback platform,to clarify the service product supply subject.Fourth,strengthen departmental cooperation,establish and improve institutional support,strengthen communication and cooperation between units,increase the use of funds,and strengthen the guarantee of management mechanisms. |
