Research On The Development Of China’s Pension Industry Model

Care for the aged has attracted the attention of the broad masses of the people.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that it is the fundamental purpose of development to safeguard and improve people’s livelihood in the development and improve people’s livelihood and well-being,to build a policy system for pension,filial piety,respect for the elderly and the social environment,to promote the combination of medical care and to accelerate the cause of aging.And the development of the pension industry.According to the National Committee on Aging,from 2015,China has entered a stage of rapid aging,and the proportion of the elderly population in the population structure has increased.It is necessary for the government to solve the problem of providing for the elderly.This paper are based on the theory of historical materialism,this paper takes China’s pension industry as the starting point,analyzes the development status of China’s pension industry,and summarizes the current achievements of the pension industry.A successful case concerning the development of the pension industry and exploring new directions for the development of China’s pension industry.This paper believed that there are still a series of funds for the development of the pension industry,the lack of relevant policies,the imperfect development of the elderly consumer market and the low level of pension services.Analyze the reasons for the lack of enthusiasm of the main body of investment in the pension industry,the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations on the pension industry,and the insufficient willingness to consume for the aged.This paper believes that the development of China’s pension industry should raising funds from various sources and increasing investment.Secondly,improve the policies related to the pension industry,establish and improve laws and regulations.Finally,build the elderly consumer market system and strengthen the training of the pension service personnel.This paper studies the historical materialism as the theoretical basis,analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development of China’s pension industry and gives solutions.This paper can not only helps to enrich the theory of pension industry,but also solves the problems existing in China’s pension industry.It is of great practical significance to improve the well-being of the elderly.
