| The resident village task force plays an important role in the national poverty reduction management.After the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the resident village task force,as an important force to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,naturally becomes one of the important subjects of rural governance It has been decades since China selected and sent teams to villages.The operation of selecting and sending personnel from higher-level units not only contributes to rural poverty alleviation,but also lays a talent foundation for rural revitalization.At present,with the elimination of absolute poverty,the scope of participation of the village team in rural governance is no longer limited to poverty management.The village team can participate more in village-level affairs in the process of rural revitalization.The effectiveness of the work in the village can be examined from multiple dimensions.This paper carefully studied the relevant theories of public management through literature research,deeply studied the domestic and foreign literature on rural governance of resident village task force,interpreted the latest relevant policies by analyzing the domestic and foreign research results,and grasped the research status of resident village task force On this basis,taking the resident village Task force of Xinzhuang Town,Suzhou City,Anhui Province as the main research object,five poverty alleviation villages and one key village for rural revitalization are selected as representatives,and the work content of the resident village task force is taken as the starting point to explain the working mechanism of the resident village task force and sort out its path to participate in rural governance.Through the research,it is found that there are problems such as the difficult interaction between the resident village task force and the main body of rural governance,the mismatch between the actual situation of the work of the resident village task force and the mechanism and system,and the inaccurate grasp of development factors in the process of the resident village task force participating in rural governance.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulties existing in the current resident village task force in the process of governance and applies the demonstration effect theory Based on the theory of governance and good governance,the paper explores the concrete construction path of village team participating in the improvement of grassroots governance capacity,and concludes the path of village team participating in rural governance,from the rural society-based governance synergy mechanism,the endogenous system of rural governance endogenous power,the construction of collaborative governance mechanism with clear division of labor With the integration of rural governance subjects,to help the village team in the process of rural governance to improve work effectiveness. |
