Research On Government Regulation Of Online Ride-hailing In Quanzhou

As a new product under the background of "Internet +",the scale of online car-hailing has expanded rapidly,bringing new travel experience to the public and filling the gap in people’s travel needs.However,due to the network characteristics of the sharing economy and the lack of laws and regulations,the public opinion and security concerns brought about by the major social murders on the Didi platform have brought management problems to the government.This study takes Quanzhou’s online car-hailing government supervision as the research object,uses case analysis and investigation research methods,and uses the theory of government supervision to analyze the existence of government supervision in Quanzhou’s online car-hailing government from the subject of supervision,the object of supervision,and the supervision process.The problem of multi-head supervision is serious,the implementation effect of regulatory legal gaps is misplaced,the supervision methods are relatively lagging,and the interests of multiple parties are difficult to satisfy at the same time.The main reasons are the obscure positioning of government supervision functions,the inadequate publicity and the excessive reliance on traditional supervision methods.Insufficient coordination of the regulatory objectives of stakeholders.By drawing lessons from the Beijing government’s regulatory model for car-hailing and the Shanghai government’s regulatory model for car-hailing,it provides specific suggestions for the optimization of the Quanzhou government’s online car-hailing government supervision,including changing regulatory thinking,strengthening collaboration,and formulating online car-hailing related Law,increase modern supervision methods,and coordinate the interests of multiple parties in a fair and impartial manner,aiming to actively play the guiding role of the service-oriented government,integrate and develop social supervision resources,improve the government supervision system for online car-hailing,and promote the healthy development of the industry.
