The expansion of Internet technology has been boosting the "Sharing Economy".This innovative business model has been applied to many industries.Such combination gave birth to online car-hailing service.Online car-hailing service has been expanding at staggering rate in the past few years.With taxi-calling becoming more and more challenging,online car-hailing service indeed offers a convenient alternative to people who need car service.Born in the trend of "Sharing Economy",this business model also helps distribute economic resources.Nevertheless,online car-hailing service is by no means trouble-free.With the defective supervising system and imperfect enforcement,this market requires more advanced administrative approaches to ensure online car-hailing service's constant and robust growth.Drawing experience from other jurisdictions and applying it to the national market in China,the author will analyze the problems present in online car-hailing service and provide advice to optimize the administrative system,with the hope of clearing the smoke in the development of online car-hailing industry and ultimately benefit the society,the industry and individuals.This essay consists of four parts:In the first part,the author will introduce basics about online car-hailing service,including defining the scope of online car-hailing service,summarize the economic context which gave birth to it,and elaborate on the necessity of its emergence and growth in modern society.The author will also provide a summary of history of online car-hailing service from domestic perspective.Based on that,the author will analyze existing and potential problems in this business,via which the author will introduce the next chapter that focuses on developing the supervising administrative system.The second part will focus on comparative analysis of the supervising administrative system over online car-hailing service.The author will introduce samples and experience from several foreign countries which are representative of this practice,including the innovative model in America,the double-line system in Britain,the relatively relaxed administrative model in Singapore,and the relatively strict approach in France and Korea.On the other hand,the author will also assess and compare those different approaches and aims at providing valuable inspirations for the online car-hailing service in our country's market.The third part focus on the available approaches to supervise online car-hailing service.Starting from the basic theory under supervising system,the author will then move to analyze the exact way of supervision,the object of supervision and finally explore the multiple choices of supervision paths.This analysis aims to shed some light upon the optimal supervising approach of online car-hailing service.The fourth part will provide practical proposals to optimize the online car-hailing service administrative system.In doing so,the author will focus on how to enhance the existing regulations,build more systematic administrative webs,improve the quality of channels under this service.This analysis aims to relieve the current chaos in the car service market by enhancing a more effective administrative system,so that online car-hailing service can expand within proper order.
