| In the 21 st century,science and technology have increasingly become the main driving force of economic and social development.To promote the economic and social development of our country as soon as possible on the track of innovationdriven development,the most crucial thing is to greatly improve the independent innovation capability.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: Science and technology innovation and science popularization are the two wings for the development of innovation.Science popularization should be placed in the same important position as technological innovation.How to seize the opportunity,promote the public service of science popularization,realize common production,meet the public’s demand for science popularization knowledge,and improve the public service level of the science popularization department have become a valuable issue of common concern of the academic community and science popularization departments at all levels.This article is mainly to study the co-production of popular science public service in Hui’an County,introduce public product theory and co-production theory,use the literature research method,case analysis method,interview method and observation method to sort out and analyze the co-production status of public science service in Hui’an County This is mainly manifested in the continuous enrichment of science public service resources,the improvement of the scientific quality of the people,and the higher participation of various departments.The analysis explores the problems in the co-production of popular science public services in Hui’an County,mainly including: the government is too dominant,the funds for scientific popularization are insufficient,and the public participation is insufficient.On the basis of successful experience,put forward optimized countermeasures: First,build a platform for co-production,second,encourage public participation in co-production,and third,create a positive and harmonious environment. |
