Research On Countermeasures Of Improving The Food Safety Supervision Ability Of Township Governments Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Food is the life of the people,food to safety first.Food safety has always been the focus of social attention and is closely related to everyone’s life and health.All along,the party and the government attach great importance to food safety work,with the most stringent supervision to protect the people’s "bite of safety".Food safety problems in rural areas of China frequently appear,such as eating "poisonous mushrooms" incident,the quality and safety of agricultural products,"three without products",fake and shoddy,false advertising and so on.Due to the large rural population base,wide distribution in rural areas and many food safety problems,there are many difficulties in food safety supervision in rural areas.Therefore,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the improvement of food safety supervision capacity of township governments is not only an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,but also a practical need to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Whether the people can enjoy the sense of happiness and security is an important standard for the government to assess food safety.This paper takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background,and takes the food safety supervision ability of township governments as the research object.Although there are measures and results in the food safety supervision of township areas in China,there are still many problems.First of all,the literature in the field of food safety at home and abroad is summarized.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the concept of food safety supervision capacity is defined,and the necessity and relevant theoretical basis of the improvement of food safety supervision capacity of township governments in the context of rural revitalization strategy are expounded.Then,by taking H town as an example,to understand the current situation of food safety supervision of township government,residents’ satisfaction with and requirements for the current food safety supervision,Through questionnaire survey and interview to understand the township government food safety supervision in the comprehensive coordination ability is not strong,supervision and law enforcement ability is not strong,risk monitoring ability is not high,resource guarantee ability and other problems,and analyzes the reasons why the supervision mechanism of the market supervision offices of township governments should be improved,the implementation of the supervision law system is difficult,the overall quality of the law enforcement team needs to be improved,and the financial investment is insufficient.Finally,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,countermeasures such as improving the food safety supervision system,promoting the construction of food safety supervision by law,strengthening the construction of township talent team,broadening the channels of food safety supervision funds,and improving the loopholes of food safety supervision are proposed,make a little contribution have been made to improve the food safety supervision capacity of township governments.
