| With the implementation of the strategy of "Intelligence-Led Police" and the promotion of the mode of "Integration of Intelligence,Commands,Duty and Public Opinion",police intelligence has been paid more and more attention in the whole public security work,and the intelligence police is the core force of the police intelligence,which puts forward high requirements for the work of the intelligence police.Job performance is the direct embodiment of the work of the intelligence police,so it is very necessary to explore a way to improve the job performance of the police.Studies have shown that social capital and knowledge sharing are important determinants of job performance,and it is of great significance to apply social capital theory to improve job performance.Based on this,this study adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the influence mechanism of social capital and knowledge sharing on the job performance of the intelligence police.Research firstly based on the Social Capital theory,Social Exchange theory and Job Performance theory,reviewing the definition and the measurement of the the social capital,the job performance and the knowledge sharing.Combined with the current situation of China’s public security intelligence work,the research puts forward the definition and extension of the concept of the intelligence police social capital,the job performance and the knowledge sharing.Secondly,through field research,the status quo of the job performance of the intelligence police is preliminarily understood,and the importance of the social capital and knowledge sharing of the intelligence police to its work is clearly defined.On this basis,the PLS-SEM model of the social capital-knowledge sharing-job performance of the intelligence police is constructed and relevant assumptions are put forward.After that,through expert interview,the measurement items of social capital,job performance and knowledge sharing of intelligence police are determined and the scales of social capital,job performance and knowledge sharing of intelligence police are constructed.All scales pass expert validity test.Taking the intelligence police as the object of investigation,the questionnaire of this study is designed,distributed and recovered according to the principle of questionnaire design.Then,SPSS26.0 is used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,partial least squares(PLS)statistical method is used,smart-PLS3.3.3 software is used to construct and test the model,and then path analysis and mediation effect test were used to verify the research hypothesis.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Structural social capital positively affects the task performance of the intelligence police;2.The two dimensions of social capital positively affect the relationship performance of the intelligence police;3.The two dimensions of social capital positively affect the two dimensions of knowledge sharing;4.The two dimensions of knowledge sharing positively affect the two dimensions of job performance;5.The two dimensions of knowledge sharing play a partial intermediary role between structural social capital and job performance;6.The two dimensions of knowledge sharing of intelligence police play a partial intermediary role between relationship social capital and relationship performance.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this study provides management suggestions and theoretical guidance for the intelligence unit to better train the intelligence police,guide the intelligence police to accumulate social capital and improve the job performance.Taking the intelligence police as the investigation object,this study adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative methods to study the influence of social capital and knowledge sharing on the performance of the intelligence police.The research results are objective and scientific,and it is hoped to provide reference for the front-line management departments. |
