Research On Administrative Division In The Process Of New Urbanization In Jilin Province

With the rapid development of urbanization,social and economic structure,population structure,urban and rural structure,industrial structure,employment structure and so on have a profound impact,administrative division as a country to implement hierarchical management of a superstructure,it has a profound impact on regional social and economic development.In recent years,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the adjustment of administrative divisions has become more and more frequent,and the range of adjustment has become larger and larger,and governments at all levels and the people have paid more and more attention to it.To sort out and summarize the relationship between administrative division adjustment and new-type urbanization construction is conducive to giving full play to the promotion role of administrative division on new-type urbanization and avoiding its constraints,so as to achieve high-standard and high-quality development of new-type urbanization.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper mainly includes four parts:The first part expounds the concepts and theoretical basis of new urbanization and administrative regionalization,and explains in detail the internal relationship and interaction mechanism between administrative regionalization and the development of new urbanization.The second part focuses on the current situation and existing problems of administrative division in Jilin Province.Combed the jilin province since the founding of the administrative division of vicissitudes,combining the development goal of the new urbanization of jilin province,points out the some of the problems existing in the jilin province to promote the new urbanization,analyses the existing problems of the administrative area,at the same time it analyses the reasons of the problems,mainly is the administrative division adjustment,lack of scientific and theoretical laws and regulations is not sound,Population loss is more restricted by factors such as economic development level.The third part summarizes the experience of administrative adjustment in zhejiang,Jiangsu,Sichuan and other provinces in the new urbanization,aiming to provide more ideas for jilin province to optimize the setting of administrative divisions.The forth part is the conclusion and experience on the basis of the above problem,puts forward the administrative division adjustment basic train of thought of the future in jilin province,mainly around the bigger and stronger in the central city,accelerate the city at the county level to optimize the layout,township actively yet prudently proceed with from a town（street）,the optimization of administrative Settings,speed up the formation of urban layout and the pattern of coordinated development of economy and society.
