Research On The Improvement Of Primary Community Correction Management In Chongqing

Community correction management is an important part of innovative social management.Its management target is the criminal offender with the lesser crime,the main executor is the National judicial administration organ,the public prosecution law also participates together.As an innovative means of government to social management under the rule of law,community correction management has been gradually extended in recent years.Because community correction management is a kind of flexible and innovative way of penalty execution,it is also concerned by the domestic jurisprudence and the National Public Prosecution Department.At present,because the management of community correction has not been legislated,the management of community correction in Chongqing is mainly carried out in accordance with the 《Community Corrections Enforcement Ordinance》 jointly issued by the Supreme People’s Court,the Supreme People’s Procuratorate,the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Justice.This paper summarizes the phenomena in the process of community correction management in Chongqing city in recent years,taking the basic community correction management in the districts of Jiulongpo as an case,and supporting them with some new data,such as the community correction management in the main city in recent two years,to analyze the difficulties faced by the community correction management in Chongqing and the reasons for the improvement of the management level,and to put forward some personal opinions on the improvement of the management level of community correction in Chongqing,so as to have an angle of view,a depth of theoretical analysis and a way of solving the problem.To provide some shallow theoretical support and institutional advice for the basic community correction management.In view of this,the research of this topic is of great significance to the improvement of community correction management in Chongqing.
