Research On Wang Gen’s Political Philosophy ——The Transformation From Mind To Body

Chinese traditional Confucian argumentation has always had the theoretical framework of ontology and function.In this paper,the elaboration on Wang Gen’s political philosophy is also based on the logic of ontology and function.In Wang Gen’s political philosophy,conscience and investigation of things belong to the category of ontology,while political thought,political participation and teachers’ moral culture belong to the development of function.In other words,Wang Gen’s philosophical thought besides in the domain of inner moral cultivation,while political thought and teachers’ moral culture besides in the domain of outer wise political action（kingliness）.In effect,Wang Gen paid less attention to the inner moral cultivation of traditional Confucianism,but paid more attention to the domain of outer wise political action（kingliness）.Therefore,no matter by exploring the reasons for Wang Gen’s self-protection from the outside,or analyzing it from the internal argumentation,the aim of Wang Gen’s self-protection is to practice his political ideal,that is,to expand from the protection of the individual to the group.
