Research On Community Home-based Elderly Care In Taiyuan Under The Background Of "Internet +"

At present,Chinese population is aging increasingly.The seventh nationwide census in 2021 shows that the proportion of Chinese population over 60 years old has exceeded 18% of the total population.Under this circumstance,the existing pension resources can’t make elderly people satisfied,and it is even more difficult to build a personalized,diverse and convenient way of life.Carrying out the research on "Internet +" community home-based elderly care can achieve re-innovation on the basis of the current old-age care model,integrate and revitalize old-age service resources,and allow all subjects to participate in the vitality of the service.As a result,the improvement of the level of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care can be promoted.Based on the analysis of the "Internet +" thinking in Taiyuan,this paper puts forward the summing up thinking on how to improve "Internet +" community home-based elderly care.This article first briefly expounds the current population situation in China based on the main data of the seventh national census,and shows the important research value of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care,and then,sorts out domestic and foreign literatures,and sorts out related concepts and theories.Secondly,from the perspectives of supply and demand,the development status of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care in Taiyuan City is analyzed.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the real "Internet +" community home-based care needs of the elderly in Taiyuan,and on this basis,we summarize the demand characteristics of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care.Then,on the basis of the above analysis results,the existing problems and reasons of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care in Taiyuan City are analyzed.Analysis found that Taiyuan’s "Internet +" community home-based elderly care has problems such as low demand for the elderly,low level of informatization of service platforms,gaps between the number and structure of service personnel and actual needs,and incomplete service facilities.These problems are related to the lack of public opinion atmosphere of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care,the limited participation of multiple subjects in "Internet +" community home-based elderly care,the imperfect management system of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care,and the lack of service talents for "Internet +" community home-based elderly care.To improve "Internet +" community home-based elderly care in Taiyuan the following countermeasures are proposed,first,increase the publicity of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care;second,pay attention to the speed and quality of the construction of "Internet +" community home-based elderly care service information platform;third,stimulate the vitality of multiple subjects;fourth,strengthen the construction of elderly care service personnel.
