Research On Optimization Of Tourism Public Service System Of Global Tourism Demonstration Area From The Perspective Of Cooperative Network ——A Case Study Of Yongji

In August 2015,the concept of "Global Tourism" was first put forward at the National Tourism Working Seminar,and was officially included in the government work report in March 2017.Meanwhile,the comprehensive and rapid promotion of global tourism,need to have the perfect tourism public service system which matches with it to do the support.The construction of tourism public service system has a direct impact on the development of global tourism.In November 2020,Yongji,Shanxi was successfully selected into the second batch of national model regions for global tourism.In order to promote the rapid development of global tourism in Yongji,Shanxi,Yongji,Shanxi has attached great importance to the construction and optimization of its tourism public service system,focus on building Yongji,Shanxi into a regional tourism demonstration zone in Shanxi province and a new model county-level demonstration zone in China.This paper studies the optimization of tourism public service system in Yongji,Shanxi from the perspective of cooperative network governance.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of studying the tourism public service system in Yongji,Shanxi,and summarizes the relevant studies on the development of tourism public service at home and abroad.Then the core concepts of global tourism and tourism public service system are defined,and the governance theory of cooperative network and core organization management network model are expounded.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of Yongji,Shanxi’s tourism public service system in the process of global tourism promotion from the perspective of cooperative network governance,taking Yongji,Shanxi as a case.Secondly,based on the review of the effectiveness of the current tourism public service system in Yongji,Shanxi,this paper analyzes the practical problems of the current Yongji,Shanxi public service system from the perspective of the cooperative network,for example: the multi-subject linkage effect is not strong,the quantity and quality of tourism public services are not high,and the imbalance between supply and demand of tourism public services.The reasons for these problems are analyzed,including insufficient financial support and multi-funding shortage,weak willingness and supply capacity,insufficient technical support and shortage of professionals.Finally,in view of the problems mentioned above and against the background of the development of global tourism in Yongji,Shanxi,this paper pforward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the Tourism Public Service System of the Global Tourism Demonstration Zone,it includes strengthening the cooperation willingness of the participants,enhancing the capacity of the participants,attracting professional talents,introducing advanced technology and widening the financing channels.We will further improve the tourism public service system in Yongji,Shanxi,provide a new model for the construction of the tourism public service system in the Global Tourism Demonstration Zone,and promote the rapid development of Yongji,Shanxi’s tourism economy.
