Research On Institutional Party Governance Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th National Congress

Since the 18 National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has deeply summarized the experience of CPC construction and creatively put forward the concept of "institutional Party governance",which has attracted wide attention in academic circles.To govern the Party with strict discipline,the Party must give full play to the fundamental role of institutions,apply institutional governance to all aspects of the Party’s work and daily activities,make all undertakings within the Party more institutionalized,systematic,and specific,and create a standard and orderly environment for organization and living.In this thesis,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis,development process,basic characteristics,main content,value implication and other aspects of the system governing the Party are studied,which is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction describes the research background,significance,present situation,content,method,innovation and deficiency of institutional governance since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The first chapter discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the system governing the party.First of all,with the concept as the entry point,the relevant concepts of system and system governing the party are discussed respectively,and then the Marxist revolutionary predecessors and all previous CPC leaders’ theories about system governing the party are analyzed,and the theoretical basis of system governing the party is summarized.The second chapter discusses the system of party since the eighteenth big development course and the basic characteristics of the party first discusses the system from buds,is put forward,the development,to improve the development of the analysis of the course,and further summarizes its basic characteristics in the development process,is helpful to grasp the tube of the communist party of China party party related laws,to promote institutional party entering new journey.The third chapter discusses the main content of institutional governance of the Party,from the subject,object,target,approach four aspects of institutional governance of the Party to comb,the subject includes all party members,party organizations at all levels,the masses;The object includes all party members,party organizations at all levels;Then discuss the general goal and specific goal that the system governing party wants to achieve;Finally,this thesis discusses the practical approaches of system governance from four aspects:strengthening system consciousness,tamping system foundation,strengthening system implementation and strengthening system supervision.The fourth chapter discusses the value implication of the system governing the party.Firstly,it enriches the Marxist theory of party building,develops the thought of party governing by the CPC system,and improves the system of inner-Party laws and regulations.Secondly,in practice,it is conducive to promoting the strategic deployment of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline,implementing the basic strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law,and promoting the socialist modernization process.All in all,through the discussion of the relevant content of institutional Party governance since the 18 th National Congress,it can provide beneficial reference for the development of the current theory and practice of the institutional Party governance,and further push the Party building to a higher level.
