Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of "Internet Plus E-government" In A City

Internet technology is constantly promoting the modernization of government management and social governance.In the current "Internet plus" action plan,the online government service platform is undergoing rapid changes.The continuous integration of the Internet and government administration services is an important measure to change the administrative model and enhance public trust in China.The construction and development of "Internet plus E-Government" platform is designed to solve the problem of "matter flow disorder,information verification and complicated business cooperation",so as to make the data transfer replace the public errand,save the public affairs cost and improve the social efficiency.The "Internet plus" government service pays more attention to public satisfaction.Therefore,it is necessary for public satisfaction to analyze "Internet plus e-government" evaluation logic model,system construction and index importance.The traditional e-government performance evaluation system often evaluates from the perspective of construction progress and function completion degree,and seldom takes into account the actual feelings and use willingness of the public.At present,the "Internet plus e-government" platform in a city has entered the trial run stage.The satisfaction level of the public has important reference significance for the next development of a city's online government service.Based on public satisfaction,this paper constructs the public satisfaction evaluation logic model of " Internet plus egovernment",establishes the evaluation index system according to the model,and selects relevant indicators.Through the analysis of index importance,we can find out the public concerns and the future improvement direction of "Internet plus egovernment" in a certain city.Through consulting and sorting out the relevant literature,this paper understands the current research situation in this field at home and abroad,establishes the evaluation index system of public satisfaction,and determines the index importance of the influencing factors of satisfaction by using the analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis.Through the analysis of the importance of indicators,it is concluded that service ability and service level are the most important concerns of the public for a city's online government service platform.Therefore,in the future,the evaluation of a city's online government services needs more attention to evaluate the convenience of the Internet for the public to use the government service.Meanwhile,the development of "Internet plus e-government" in a certain city needs to enhance the service ability and improve the service level.
