The Research On The Happiness Of The Elderly Under Different Provide For The Aged Mode ——Take Suzhou As An Example

The innovation and development of povide for the aged mode is a key factor related to the happiness of the elderly in China.The problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent,so our country has to attach great importance to the development of pension services.With the improvement of the quality of life,the pension needs of the elderly gradually develop in the direction of diversification.In order to improve the happiness of the elderly,we must choose the appropriate povide for the aged mode.Whether from the perspective of theory or practice,the research on the well-being of the elderly under different pension modes is a problem that we can not ignore in the process of social progress.It is not only helpful to understand the well-being of the elderly under different pension modes,but also can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different pension modes through comparison,Then reform and innovate the old-age service mode more in line with the needs of the elderly,and establish and improve the old-age service mode system with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of well-being,this paper studies which provide for the aged mode is the best choice for the elderly.First of all,using the method of literature research,using the theories of social stratification,social comparison,social adaptation and demand hierarchy,this paper makes a comparative study on different provide for the aged mode s and theories of well-being.Through in-depth interviews and analytic hierarchy process,five aspects of personal characteristics,lifestyle,public service,relationship network and social participation are taken as the evaluation indicators of well-being to determine the factors affecting the well-being of the elderly The weight of each factor of human well-being.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,540 elderly people in Jiangnan community and baoben community of Suzhou were sampled.Finally,through the correlation analysis and regression analysis,we compare the well-being of the elderly under the home-based care mode,the community care mode and the institutional care mode,and get the influence degree of the influencing factors of the well-being of the elderly under the three pension modes,so as to put forward policy suggestions for improving the development of pension services.The study found that: in different pension service mode,the elderly actually get different happiness.The highest happiness of the elderly is community-based care model,followed by institutional care,and the lowest is home-based care.According to the experience of three provide for the aged mode s abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the happiness of the elderly under different provide for the aged mode s.In addition to the development of the current three main provide for the aged mode s,it also advocates the diversified development of provide for the aged mode s.Through this study,the paper analyzes the pension mode more suitable for the elderly in Suzhou,and further improves the quality of pension service in Suzhou,so as to enhance the overall well-being of the elderly in Suzhou.
