The Study Of Instructors Job Burnout And Countermeasure In Higher Vocational Colleges

Recently,higher vocational education has ushered in the spring of their own development as the party and the state pay more attention to the development of modern vocational education,but also face unprecedented challenges.The problem that higher vocational college counselors have become the high incidence groups of occupational burnout is one of challenges.Job burnout of higher vocational college instructors is affecting the whole construction of higher vocational college and talent training quality.Therefore,the issue of job burnout of higher vocational college instructors has attract wide attention from all fields of society,especially the ideological and political workers.However,the research on the issue of job burnout of higher vocational college instructors start late and few research results,and less regional study on this issue.This study took the instructors of eight representative higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou as study objects.This essay took an all-directions investigation on the issue of job burnout of 127 instructors in Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College,Fujian Polytechnic and Information Technology,Fujian Preschool Education College,Fujian HwaNan Women’s College,Fuzhou Polytechnic,Minjiang Teachers College,Fuzhou Liming Vocational&Technical College and Fuzhou Software Technology Vocation College by questionnaire survey,interview investigation and literature research.And the results were analyzed using statistical method.The behavior,cause and impact of job burnout of higher vocational college instructors were analyzed and demonstrated,and we proposed countermeasures in relieving job burnout of higher vocational college instructors.The purpose for the study is,providing theoretical and practical circles for building a contingent of highly qualified higher vocational college instructors in Fuzhou and even Fujian Province by study the job burnout of higher vocational college instructors.
