Job burnout is used to describe the individual result of the long-term work pressure not effectively ease the mental and physical exhaustion,work ability,work enthusiasm is lost,increasingly indifferent to others,low job satisfaction a series of negative symptoms.According to the survey,counselors in higher vocational colleges has become a social career one of the high incidence of job burnout in groups.However,the current domestic research on higher vocational college counselors job burnout mostly stay in the overall level,counselors in specific areas,less job burnout research,this paper,taking hunan province as the research object,selected the five higher vocational colleges of hunan province within the scope of study,take the standard of research paradigm of job burnout are clearly analyzed.Based on a large amount of literature and questionnaire survey on reading,starting from the concept of Vocational College Counselors occupation burnout,the basis and the negative influence,the concept of higher vocational colleges,occupation burnout,occupation burnout of vocational college counselors are analyzed.From the conservation of resources theory and learned helplessness theory value of occupation burnout was expounded,the lack of corresponding save resources,their work ethic,there will be a sharp decline,the learned helplessness theory,to solve the numbness of occupation burnout has a very important significance.Then the author from the three dimensions of occupation burnout:negative impact of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of achievement on College Counselors'occupation burnout has carried on concrete analysis,from the analysis of the situation,the same negative effects produced by the occupation burnout,but negative emotions are not a matter.In this paper,on the basis of reading a large number of literature and questionnaire survey,five higher vocational colleges in hunan range were 100 counselors job burnout status quo and causes are analyzed.Combined with the results of the survey,of the causes of job burnout among higher vocational college counselors are analyzed,it is concluded that the main factors of higher vocational college counselors job burnout is in its own factors,organizational factors and external factors of three reasons.The individual factor is the decisive factor,plays a leading role;the social factors have great influence on the social value of counselors.On this basis,the author puts forward the solutions of the hunan higher vocational college counselors job burnout Suggestions:strengthen the self-adaptation,more measures and improve the ability to adapt and create a harmonious atmosphere,improve the school domain management style,optimize the social environment,legislation publicity improve social status.One of the most important measures is to seek a sense of self fulfillment,to maintain an optimistic attitude and to build a counselor interpersonal support system as an important way to solve the internal causes of counselors;Build understanding,respect,harmonious working environment,provide instructors perfection and development of growth opportunities,improve the management mechanism of communication,feedback,coordination of the school should be solved,the solution is to bring the most direct effect.To intensify propaganda,reversing the attitude of the masses and increase education legislation,improve the social status,increase social support,improve social expectations as counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges to solve the occupation burnout of social solutions is long-term,need can be solved by lasting force,this is also the hope of social construction.
