The labor force transfer into cities to work and live,on the one hand, which is benefit to the individual labor force to obtain higher income and improve living standards;on the other hand,it is beneficial to the development of cities, adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and sustained economic growth. In China,The Reform and Opening Up policy not only promotes the social progress and development, but also accelerates the speed of labor force moving into cities, with this situation going on and deepening of urbanization process, scholars have gradually to study on the influence factors of cities' attractiveness to the labor force. Now,China's economy has been involved in "New Normal" situation where a lot of problems have emerged, such as the lack of the labor force, the downward pressure of economic growth and the imminent optimization of industrial restructuring, only attracting rural labor force and skilled workers to move into cities could change this situation. The Yangtze River Delta are playing an important role not only in "The Belt and Road Initiative" policy, but also have great impact on building "Yangtze River Economic Belt",so researching the factors affecting the attractiveness of labor force in the Yangtze River Delta Cities has theoretical and practical significance on promoting regional economic development and industrial restructuringFirstly, this paper defines the concept and scope of city and city's attractiveness to the labor force, introduces the relevant theories, research contents and conclusions at home and abroad.Secondly, taking 26 cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as sample, analyzing the economic development and labor force supply situation of the cities in the Yangtze River Delta. This paper uses fixed effect model that would help analyze the main influence factors of cities' attractiveness to the labor force, also, putting forward the theoretical hypothesis.Thirdly, this paper which establishes the full sample regression model makes empirical analysis of the influential factors of cities' attractiveness to the labor force, using statistical yearbook data from 2005-2017;to the contrast,a variable coefficient regression model also has been established to study the influencing factors in different regions. Finally, according to this paper study and the reality, the concept of "high-level"labor force is put forward which could help us discuss the attraction to "high-level"labor force in different provinces and regions. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The average urban wage level has significant positive impact on attracting labor force, the higher of the average urban wage levels are,the greater of the attraction to labor force is,but different regions have different effects.(2)The factor of cities' public facilities also has a significant impact on labor force, the higher of urban public facilities levels are,the greater of the attractiveness to the labor force is.(3)The average price of urban house has an "inverted U-sharp" effect on the labor force, when the average of urban house price is lower than a certain value, the city has a positive attraction to the labor force,as the average house price in the city rises, the city's attractiveness to the labor force declines. If the urban house price is higher than the certain value, there is a negative impact on attracting labor force, which would hinder the labor to move into cities.(4)Large cities are more attractive to "high-level" labor,at the same time "high-level" is more tolerant of higher house prices in large cities.
