At present,in the context of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the gradual disappearance of the "demographic dividend",structural problems of economic growth are emerging and the contradiction between labor supply and demand is prominent.Promoting regional labor market integration will become the key to deepening the 14 th Five-Year Plan and promoting the formation of a new development pattern of "double cycle".Labor market integration can help smooth the cross-regional flow of labor, improve labor productivity, release the vanishing demographic dividend again, and help correct household registration and gender discrimination, increase labor force participation rate, and ease the contradiction between supply and demand in the labor market. It is worth noting that China’s long-term "extensive growth" is at the cost of factor price distortion, which leads to low efficiency of factor resource allocation and aggravates the lag of factor marketization. At present, the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta has been elevated to a national strategy, and factor market integration is the key to the smooth realization of regional integration. In the factor market of the Yangtze River Delta, the segmentation index of the labor market is larger than that of the capital and commodity markets, and its internal reasons are worth further exploration. On the basis of systematically sorting out the existing researches, firstly, the author empirically measures the distortion degree of factor prices and the integration level of labor market in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,so as to grasp its development status.Secondly, the theoretical basis and influence mechanism of factor price distortion on labor market integration are reviewed. Finally, the paper analyzes the effect of factor price distortion on labor market integration in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The following conclusions are drawn:First, the overall factor price distortion in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration showed a downward trend from 2011 to 2020,but the trend was not obvious. The distortion of labor factor prices is on the rise, but the overall distortion is not large. The overall distortion of capital factor prices is in a downward trend, but the overall distortion is still serious. From the perspective of different regions, the price distortion of each regional factor presents the distribution characteristics of "Shanghai >" 9 cities in Jiangsu > "9 cities in Zhejiang >" 8 cities in Anhui ".Second, from 2011 to 2020,the level of labor market integration in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration showed an inverted " U " shaped evolution, which rose first and then fell, and the overall level was in a downward trend. The level of regional labor market integration shows the distribution characteristics of " 9 cities in Zhejiang " > " 9 cities in Jiangsu " >" 8 cities in Anhui " > Shanghai ".Thirdly, the empirical analysis shows that the distortion of factor prices in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration significantly inhibits the improvement of the level of labor market integration. The factor price distortion is negatively correlated with labor market integration in both high level and low level areas, but the low level areas suffer more negative effects.Through the intermediary effect model,it is found that the distortion of factor price will have a negative impact on labor market integration by reducing the level of talent agglomeration, slowing down the process of urbanization and hindering the upgrading of industrial structure.Through the spatial econometric model,it is found that the factor price distortion in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration will hinder the process of regional labor market integration, but will promote the labor market integration in neighboring areas. Finally, according to the above results, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to correct the distortion of factor price and promote the development of labor market integration.
