At present,higher education plays an important role in cultivating senior talents,developing science and technology,carrying forward the art culture and strengthening the socialist modernization drive in social development.It is an important link of social development.Social progress and the development of higher education closely linked to the development of national socio-economic and higher education is closely related to personnel training."National long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" pointed out that "to support students to participate in scientific research,strengthen the practice of teaching links.Strengthen the employment of entrepreneurship education and employment guidance services.The establishment of universities and research institutes,Joint training of personnel of the new mechanism." New local undergraduate colleges,It is a kind of institution which is biased towards cultivating professional high-quality skilled talents in higher education.With the development and practice of transformation,it has become an important link in the cooperation between universities and industry and enterprises.With the emergence of structural unemployment,the demand for applied talents has increased year by year,and the way of cultivating talents by school and enterprise is becoming more and more important.School-enterprise cooperation to develop students' comprehensive application ability,so that students can be theoretical knowledge and practical experience better together,on the one hand is conducive to student employment,on the one hand to save the cost of training,is a win-win training model.However,in the transformation and development of new local colleges and universities,there are many problems to be solved in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.In this paper,taking Gansu L College as an example,this paper studies the school-enterprise cooperation of new local colleges and universities through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and individual interview.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly explains the school-enterprise cooperation of the newly established local colleges and universities,including the definition of the concept of newly established local colleges and universities,the definition of this study and the theory of school-enterprise cooperation basis.The second part analyzes the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation in L College ofGansu Province through questionnaire analysis,interview and literature review.Gansu L College in the years of school-enterprise cooperation in the practice of significant results,but at the same time there have been some urgent problems to be solved.The third part is about the emergence of problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,including the low participation of enterprises in the new local colleges and universities,the lack of teacher communication,the lack of investment in the construction of internship training equipment,the school-enterprise cooperation rules and regulations Imperfect,enterprises to implement the school-enterprise cooperation plan is not complete and other issues.The fourth part analyzes the causes of these problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises,mainly due to the particularity of the new local colleges and universities in the transformation and development.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation in new local colleges and universities,including the suggestions of local government level,the development of integrated curriculum,and the practice of training Equipment construction investment,improve the school-enterprise cooperation rules and regulations,strengthen the school-enterprise teacher exchanges and strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation assessment supervision.
