Research On The Mode Of College-enterprise Cooperation In Local Undergraduate Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Transformatio

With the rapid development of the social economy and the rise of people’s living standard in recent years, more and more young people can have an access to the higher education and the local undergraduate universities and colleges have witnessed a rapid development in a short period. To some extent, the higher education has entered the stage of “popularization”. However, due to the universities and colleges’ short running time, unclear developing orientation and the dissatisfactory situation of personnel training, graduating students can not meet the needs of the enterprises and their first time employment rate is declining year by year. Confronting the “new normal” economy, our society is in the need of high-quality and high-skilled talents. Therefore, the local universities and colleges, as the vital part of undergraduate education, have to break through the original developing mode. In the process of transformation, they have to deepen the concept of serving the society and cultivate the talents with high qualities and high skills in order to adapt to the social production development. The mode of college-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in the local colleges and universities’ transformation by providing a platform between the universities and the enterprises that shortens their distances. For the mode lays solid foundations for fostering the practical operative and creative talents, the local universities and colleges adhere to it and have realized their development.With the use of literature research method, case study method, questionnaire method and interviewing method, the author takes the H College as the research subject to conduct an empirical study which is based on the perspective of school. In the first place, by analyzing the implementation of the mode in H College, the author makes a conclusion that the rich experience and shortcomings coexist before the local colleges and universities are implementing the mode. In the second place, the author has drawn and listed some experience of the mode currently used in the vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad, which offers suggestions for the local colleges and universities to implement the mode. Based on the analysis above, the author has got a major finding. Under the transformation background, the local undergraduate colleges and universities should base on the principles of serving local economy, undergraduate level and application orientation in order to construct a college-enterprise cooperation mode in running schools, which is under the guarantee of the advanced educational philosophy, practical policy support, powerful teachers, perfect evaluation criterion and modern apprenticeship.
