As an important practical part of social work in colleges and universities,the development of social work in colleges and universities is not ideal,and has not driven its development in colleges and universities with the development of social work.Relying on the path of intervention in the social work of colleges and universities,that is,relying on the traditional education platform of colleges and universities to achieve intervention in the social work of colleges and universities,their role positioning is not clear,the identity role is vague,the identity dilemma problem occurs,the identity independence of the specialty itself is lost,and the intervention service effect of the social work of colleges and universities is reduced.Therefore,in order to better realize the development of social work in colleges and universities,safeguard the professional role of social work in colleges and universities,and deal with the identity dilemma,this paper,from the perspective of institutionalized role theory,based on a practical survey of teaching intervention in which the author personally participated,adopts the research methods of participation observation and case interview to conduct investigation,interview and analysis on the college students and workers involved,so as to explore the identity independence problem arising from the process of relying on the intervention path of social work in colleges and universities.This article starts from the following parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of the article and sorts out and summarizes the current literature research on the path of social work intervention and the identity and role of social work in colleges and universities.The second part is to discuss the research methods and research framework,using the combination of case interview method and participation observation method to illustrate the innovation of the article and briefly describe the overall framework of the article.The third part is an exposition of the theoretical basis,defining the main concepts involved in the article,including social work in colleges and universities,relying on path and identity independence,and putting forward the theoretical basis on which the article is based.The fourth part is a detailed analysis of the case investigation,interviews and analysis of different subjects of social workers,students and management departments in colleges and universities,and obtains their views on the role positioning of social work in colleges and universities in the process of relying on intervention.The fifth part is the discovery and reflection,combined with the analysis of the interview results mentioned above,pointing out that under the current mode of relying on the intervention path,there is indeed a lack of identity independence in social work in colleges and universities,and the result is that it will lead to identity dilemma such as role distance,weakening of self-role,dislocation of rights and obligations.Correspondingly,aiming at the above-mentioned identity dilemma,this paper discusses the organizational system construction,professional supervision and system construction respectively,and puts forward the coping strategies of identity dilemma.The last part is a summary and outlook,briefly discussing the shortcomings of the research and the future outlook.
