With the support of national policy,a large number of social work organizations are founded,in recent years.Social work service group is vulnerable group,social workers to help them to solve difficulties in life,to help them learn various survival skills,help them to better adapt to the life,improve the quality of life,have the effect of the buffer of social contradictions.Social work organization,is the basis of professional social work service,therefore,social work services specialization level affects the quality of the social work service.Today,the development of social work mechanism is not yet mature,is still in groping stage."Shenzhen mode","guangzhou mode" and "wan fang model" the emergence of these patterns could be a reference for other areas on the one hand,on the other hand in the introduction of these patterns at the same time also to pay attention to the problem of localization.Xiangtan city since 2012 to promote social work,after the four social work organizations set up,how to survive these institutions worth thinking.According to the resource dependence theory,any organization must depend on other organizations in the same environment,do not rely on any organization in addition to its own resources is not there.Under the guidance of the theory thought,A social work institutions of xiangtan city were analyzed,and further probes into the social work organization possible countermeasures for better development.The study found that A social work organization is A very need to rely on external resources to survive,both the government's policy support and use of material resources,the choice of the service object,service content setting or on the choice of venue.At this stage mainly adopts diversified cooperation,service,legality building a brand strategy development of social work organization.From the point of the development of A social work institutions,the author thinks that,can the development of social work organization in two ways: one is the integration of resources;Using the support of national policy resources,integration of colleges and universities,social organizations and other resources;Second,strengthen institutional control of resources,reduce the external resources on the organization's control.In particular have the following Suggestions: strengthen the organization and social public welfare organization interaction,institutions and the role of the government,is the "partners" instead of "subordinate",improve the system of organization,improve quality of social workers,make full use of resources,broaden the financing channels.
