Research On Emergency Information Management In Colleges And Universities

At present,an important sign of information is the rapid development of Internet.New ways of network communication such as forum,micro-blog,QQ,We Chat,APP and various network chat tools emerge in an endless stream.The development of the network has brought great convenience to people’s life,so that people can grasp all kinds of information in time.However,with the advent of the information society,more and more people regard the Internet as the main channel for information and entertainment.More and more people use We Chat,micro-blog and other exchanges.But there are many negative factors that have a certain impact on the harmonious and stable development of universities.Frequent and various kinds of emergencies in universities bring great challenges to university emergency management.Therefore,researching on emergency management system has become a very important issue to comprehensively strengthen the emergency information management in universities,and to best prevent and reduce the negative effect of public emergencies in universities.Through methods of cases analysis,inductive research,and literature analysis,starting from the concept of emergency,emergency management,emergency information management,through the literature review,this thesis further explains how the emergency information management plays a pivotal role in the whole process of crisis management.From the process of emergency information management in universities,the composition of emergency management in universities is introduced in detail from the collection,processing,dissemination and feedback of emergency information.Based on actual cases,this thesis summarizes the current situation of emergency information management in universities,and finds out that there are many deficiencies in current university emergency information management: lack of information collection capabilities,poor information processing capabilities,limited information dissemination capabilities,and weak information feedback capabilities.In order to improve the problems in the construction of emergency information management in universities,from the perspective of perfection,this paper puts forward specific improvement and countermeasures for the four links of emergency information collection,emergency information processing,emergency information dissemination and emergency information feedback.This paper attempts to combine the general information management theory with the concrete practice of emergency information in universities,and seek a more effective emergency information management method,so as to enhance the ability and level of emergency management in universities.
