Research On Emergency Management System Of Primary And Middle School

Recent years, with the rapid development of education of our primary and middle schools, the enrolment rate and the popular rate of children of school age going to school have arrived at an unprecedented high level, and because of the improvement of educational level of primary and middle schools, our national quality have also been promoted greatly. However, there were more emergency events related to school students these years had caught people's attention. This thesis was a paper researching on the EMSoPMS (Emergency Management System of Primary and Middle School).Firstly, on the basis of research on domestic and international emergency management field, this paper built the EMSoPMS, which focused on the problems and requirements in this domain. EMSoPMS included the model of organizational structure, the model of emergency decision, and the model of workflow of emergency response. Secondly, under the framework of EMSoPMS, we designed the emergency preplan architecture which analyzed and extracted the key elements from EMSoPMS and gave the knowledge representation on this domain. The result of the emergency management preplan architecture could direct the emergency management of primary and middle school. On the basis of emergency management model given above, we researched and constructed the technological platform of emergency management information system of primary and middle school, which integrated the emergency response resource and realized the objective of emergency response cooperation. Finally, a prototype of emergency management information system had been developed to testify the feasibility and availability of EMSoPMS.
