Badminton is net,as a kind of sports skills will be dominant,the athletes have the skills to occupy a leading position,also need players to have fast strength,agility,high flexibility,the only way to obtain the process of athletes can in the competition,to maintain active status.At present,the world with high level badminton team are very concerned about the training of athletes,and in recent years the continuous development of physical training,continuously update related theory,our country administration will be the most advanced methods and means of physical training is introduced,which also makes the functional theory training and development has become a hot research topic.At this stage,badminton teams with a higher level in the world are very concerned about training athletes 'physical fitness,and continue to develop physical fitness training in recent years and continue to update relevant theories.China's General Administration of Physical Education will introduce the most advanced methods and means of training physical fitness,which also makes functional force training has become a hot topic of research.This topic influences the level of professional quality of athletes by exploring functional force training,especially the influence on the strength and speed of badminton players.By means of literature and questionnaire survey methods,20 badminton players selected by the sports College of Chongqing university were studied for 8 weeks,and the degree to which functional force training affects the speed and strength quality of athletes was explored.The research results show that functional strength training can improve the athletes 'special qualities more effectively than traditional strength training,better improve the stability of body support,and ensure that the upper and lower limbs can maintain continuous hair force.,Higher and faster to enhance the special quality of badminton players.
