The strategy of rural revitalization is an important measure proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Party to solve the "three rural issues" and accelerate the development of agricultural and rural modernization.Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Talent revitalization is also one of the tasks of rural revitalization,and the group of agricultural college students is more in line with the rural construction in terms of professional adaptability.Studying the path of rural grass-roots employment is not only a strategic requirement of the party and the country,but also a requirement The realization of value has certain significance.In this paper,through questionnaire surveys and field interviews with rural undergraduates before and after employment in rural areas,using independent sample testing and binary logistic regression to process the data,the self-cognition,the views of key people and professional cognitive factors will be obtained.Agricultural college students have a negative impact on rural grass-roots employment,and social networks,policy cognition and rural industry satisfaction factors will have a positive impact on agricultural college students in rural grass-roots employment.Among them,rural industry satisfaction has the greatest impact on the rural grass-roots employment behavior of agricultural college students in the positive influencing factors;while professional cognition has the greatest impact on the behavior in the negative influencing factors.According to the analysis results,it is proposed that colleges and universities should guide agricultural college students through professional construction supplemented by county-level and other micro-policies,so that their professional capabilities can be benchmarked with industrial platforms;industrial platforms need to use Tianjin’s current demonstration small towns to feature small towns Opportunities for development,to dig deep into their own industrial culture,to form a characteristic attracting ability for agricultural college students and other talents,the government supports the construction of platforms through micro and macro policies;Propaganda and guidance of macro-policy to come up with a path of constructing a path of moderate correction and rational regulation.
