Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the lack of agricultural-related fields,especially the rural talents,has become the key to restrict the realization of strategic objectives.On the other hand,millions of college graduates in China need employment each year,and the pressure of employment is increasing.Although the relevant departments of our country have put forward many preferential policies for the employment of college students involved in agriculture,but the agricultural sector,especially the rural employment of college students are still very few.How to guide college graduates to employment in the field of agriculture,especially to participate in the construction of new rural areas,which is an important topic of concern to all sectors of society,but also an important part of research.Based on the introduction of the theory of human capital,the theory of career motivation and the theory of employment,this paper briefly analyzes the theoretical analysis framework of the factors influencing the choice of college graduates' employment intention,and conducts a questionnaire survey on 600 graduates of Zhejiang changzheng vocational and technical college.Using statistical description analysis,econometric model analysis and other empirical analysis methods,the current situation of university graduates' agricultural employment and its influencing factors are systematically analyzed,the thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is an introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance of this study,and analyzes the existing research status quo at home and abroad through the integration.The research framework of this study is summarized from the macro level.The second part is the theoretical research,provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up research and demonstration,the third part starts from the relevant theory of behavioral discipline,constructs the analysis model of the professional graduates returning to rural employment,analyzes the influencing factors of their will,etc.,and finds out the relevant mechanism factors that affect the rural employment of graduates.The fourth part,the construction of an effective path to promote the rural employment of graduates of colleges and universities,the fifth part is the conclusion.After the study,it is found that the key factors affecting the employment intention of graduates of vocational colleges include three aspects:personal factors,family factors and social factors.Among them,the location of the hukou,the annual income of the family,the rural employment welfare policy,the working environment and other factors are the significant factors affecting the employment of university graduates.Therefore,the relevant policy suggestions to promote the employment of college graduates:First,strengthen the macro-guidance and control of the government.
