Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Physical Education Students’ Employment In Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of higher education,the expansion of college enrollment makes more and more high school students have the opportunity to receive college education,but then it is the difficult problem of employment for graduates.The employment problem of college students is not only related to the stable development of society,but also to the professional stability and life happiness index of every graduate.Due to the influence of many factors,the employment rate of physical education majors in colleges and universities is decreasing year by year,and the corresponding work direction of students of physical education majors is becoming less and less,and the employment situation has become relatively severe.This paper makes an in-depth study on the employment status of graduates of physical education majors in Heilongjiang province in recent years by means of questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature and statistics.The results show that:1.In Heilongjiang province,the employment rate of physical education majors in colleges and universities is decreasing year by year,and graduates are not particularly satisfied with their employment treatment;2.Unit of choose and employ persons for graduates of academic qualifications and work ability requirements are getting higher and higher,some enterprises for graduates of the work ability is not enough recognition,satisfaction evaluation has to be promoted;3.The curriculum of the major of physical education in Heilongjiang province is not reasonable.In terms of employment guidance,although all colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province have set up employment guidance departments,the role is not obvious enough,and students lack the understanding of employment guidance work.The student’s time arrangement is not targeted,cannot truly combine the student’s employment direction to carry on the practice arrangement.Therefore,in view of the above research results,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions: 1.Students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities should enhance their knowledge and abilities,change their traditional ideas,broaden their thinking and attach importance to themselves in the field of employment;2.The government should step up publicity efforts to encourage the employment of major enterprises,cooperate with the employment support policy,encourage self-employment,improve the employment system,and provide a good policy service guarantee for the successful employment of graduates;3.All colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province should combine the needs of social talents of physical education specialty,improve the curriculum and structure,provide more social practice opportunities for students while strengthening the cultural foundation,strengthen the teaching staff of employment guidance,and carry out the employment guidance work throughout every student,so that graduates can really get substantial help in the process of job hunting and employment.
