Research On Anti-Doping Regulation System Of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics

Since the emergence of the doping,it has become one of the severe challenges for the positive development of the international sports.The IOC’s crackdown on doping has never stopped since the first operation of doping control in the Olympics in 1968.With the target of "getting a clean gold medal" at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics,how to create a scientific and reasonable anti-doping regulation system for the Beijing2022 Winter Olympics under the background of changes in the international antidoping work environment has important practical value.The purpose of this article is to analyze and discuss the current status of the antidoping regulation system of mega international sports events,summarize the composition,features and implementation mechanism of the regulation system,and explore the content of the latest version of the World Anti-Doping Regulation and International Standards.And trying to construct the content of anti-doping regulation of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics,and proposing measures to apply them into the anti-doping prevention and control mechanism of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.This article uses the literature method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method and history analysis method,with the support of public policy system theory,by combing the composition of the current international mega sports events’ anti-doping regulation system,the characteristics of its regulatory elements and the implementation mechanism of regulations in order to obtain reference for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.Based on discussing the importance of constructing anti-doping regulation system,under the guidance of principles of fairness,standardization,comprehensiveness and harmonization,keeping the basic principles consistent with the framework of previous Olympics’ anti-doping regulations,this study attempts to create content of anti-doping education,doping control and doping violation regulation for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics anti-doping regulations system.Besides,the path of the Beijing Winter Olympics regulation system to incorporate the anti-doping control mechanism of the Beijing Winter Olympics is also discussed.The research conclusions of this study are list obtained as following:(1)The anti-doping regulations system of mega international sports events is basically familiar but still exists some difference.(2)The severity and changes of the objective environment have raised the necessity for the formulation of the anti-doping legal system of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.(3)The development trend of international anti-doping work and the importance of various aspects of the anti-doping project in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics require that the main body of regulations should focus on anti-doping education,doping control and doping violations when constructing the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic AntiDoping Regulations.(4)In Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics prevention and control mechanism,the anti-doping regulation system can be introduced through precompetition education,and during competition’s supervision and control and postmatch violation accountability and it will fully play its role in regulating and deterring anti-doping.To complete Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics anti-doping prevention work with better effects,this study proposes following suggestions:(1)Tightly following the international anti-doping trends and combining the facts of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.(2)Utilizing resources from multi-party and coordinating the participation mechanism of anti-doping regulation system.
