| Purpose and significance: At present,most of the scientific research on Taijiquan focuses on the research of Taijiquan on human physiology and mental health.Taijiquan itself focuses on the practice of "Yi,Qi,Xing,and Shen".However,there is currently little research on the "consciousness" of Taijiquan.The purpose of this article is to verify whether through experiments that the different movement states after the subject masters the Taijiquan Yunshou movement automation stage will cause the practitioner’s different cerebral cortical activity areas to change.The significance of the research is to provide data support for Taijiquan to reach the state of "quiet while moving" after the proficiency stage by exploring the changes in the cerebral cortical activity areas when different imagination exercises are added to the Taijiquan cloud-hand movements.Research objects and methods: This study used the literature data method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method.The experimental subjects were 13 students in the 2016 Physical Education Health Special Class of the Beijing Sport University.The research objects were brainwaves of 13 students in different imaginative states after practicing Taijiquan cloud hands to proficiency.The MEEG-903 multifunctional EEG detection analyzer was used to measure the brain waves of the subjects under different imaginative states,which are δ wave,θ wave,α1 wave,α2 wave,β1 wave and β2 wave in the quiet state,exercise state,exercise +Bo Shui state and exercise + Bo Yun state,respectively.Research result: 1)The changes of the brain wave value caused by the Taijiquan cloud hand movements in different motion states are mainly manifested in the following: The δ wave has significant differences in the FP2,F4,C4,and P3 regions,respectively(P<0.05).There is a very significant difference in the change of the θwave in the P3 region(P < 0.01).There are significant differences in α2 waves between P3 and F3(P<0.05).The β1 wave has a very significant difference in the FP2 region(P<0.01),and a significant difference in the C4 and P4 regions(P<0.05).The β2 wave has significant changes in the C4 and P4 areas respectively(P<0.05),and has very significant differences in the FP2 area(P<0.01).2)The brain regions that cause significant changes in the movement of Taijiquan cloud hands in different states are mainly concentrated in:FP2 area: There was significant difference of delta wave between the quiet state and without imagination movement state,imagination of Bo Shui movement state,and imagination of Bo Yun movement state respectively(P<0.05);There was significant difference of beta1 wave between the quiet state and imagination of Bo Yun movement state(P<0.05);F3 area: There was significant difference of beta2 wave between the quiet state and imagination of Bo Shui movement state,and imagination of Bo Yun movement state respectively(P<0.05).F4 area: There was significant difference of delta wave between the quiet state and imagination of Bo Shui movement state(P<0.05).C4 area: There was significant difference of beta1 wave between the quiet state and imagination of Bo Yun movement state(P < 0.05);There was significant difference of beta2 wave between the quiet state and imagination of Bo Yun movement state(P<0.05).P3 area: Delta wave,theta wave and alpha2 wave all showed significant difference between the quiet state and without imagination movement state,imagination of Bo Shui movement state,and imagination of Bo Yun movement state respectively(P<0.05).P4 area: There was significant difference of beta1 wave between the quiet state and without imagination movement state(P<0.05);There was significant difference of beta2 wave between the quiet state imagination of Bo Shui movement state(P <0.05).Analysis conclusion: 1)Adding different imagination states during the Taijiquan practice will cause different areas of cerebral cortex to change.2)Compared with the quiet state,the practice of Taijiquan Yunshou movements in different imagination states will cause the practitioner’s slow wave δ wave and θwave to increase,which means that adding imagination exercises makes it easier to achieve calmness.3)Compared with the quiet state,the Taijiquan Yunshou movement of the cloud-like imagination exercise can cause a reduction in the fast wave β2 wave,but the Taijiquan Yunshou movement of the water-like imagination state does not cause a decrease in the β2 wave,indicating that the practice adding different imagination exercises in the process will cause different training effects. |
