Selected in this paper,the object of study mainly old eight schools in Shanxi Province of shanxi university,shanxi agricultural university,taiyuan university of technology,shanxi normal university,shanxi medical university,shanxi university of finance and economics,university of north,taiyuan university of science and technology of 783 college students,through the literature method to collect the related data,then USES the questionnaire survey method,the factors influencing college students’ physical exercise test for college students,and finally using mathematical statistics and logic analysis to summarize the results.Based on the survey results,this paper analyzes the factors that influence college students’ adherence to physical exercise and finds out the factors that influence college students’ adherence to physical exercise.On the basis of these effects on persistent attributions,a set of physical exercise methods to improve negative attributions were developed by combining psychological means and methods.The research shows that the factors attributed by college students to the success or failure of persisting in physical exercise also affect their efforts and persistence in physical exercise,as well as their motivation,emotion and relationship with others.College students’ expectations and behaviors in the later stage of physical exercise are all affected by the attribution of success or failure.It can be seen that whether the attribution of success or failure is correct or not will have a bearing on the maintenance and stimulation of college students’ achievement motivation in physical exercise,and thus affect their emotional and behavioral responses.Attribution factors,therefore,is to oneself or others positive or negative impact,so understanding of attribution theory in shanxi college students insist on physical exercise attribution is necessary,the influence of conscious after the attribution of the college students’ insist on physical exercise way for effective training,make a positive impact,so as to improve university students’ physical exercise adherence of motivation and behavior to provide strong theoretical basis.When college students insist on physical exercise attribution,because their own ability,gender,different division belongs to the internal attribution of the project,and male students is higher than female students achievement expectations,mainly reflected in the exercise motivation,environment,state of physical and mental ability,exercise atmosphere the four influence success or failure,according to Weiner’s attribution theory,reflect,exogenous dimension,dimension stability,and can control the dimension.Through the reattribution training,the attribution style of college students after success or failure in persisting in physical exercise is changed,which further affects the follow-up behavior of college students,improves their own effort,persistence and enthusiasm,and also has a positive impact on college students’ persisting in physical exercise.
