| Instability training originates from stability training and core strength training. It was first used in the field of medical rehabilitation and is now widely used in physical strength training and body function training. In high-intensity basketball games, the ability of basketball players to bounce may be one of the important factors that affect the outcome of the game.Various special basketball skills are closely related to the ability of lower limbs to jump.Unstable training methods in enhancing core muscle group and small muscles strength athletes and injury prevention has been recognized, the unstable weight training whether autochthonous vertical jump in basketball,"threestep layup jump on one foot and have influence on the jumping in each direction,we can’t just determined by theoretical reasoning. In this paper,a comparative study was conducted on the lower limb jumping ability, strength and balance ability of the subjects after unstable dead weight training to explore the effect of unstable body weight training on the lower limb jumping ability of basketball players. In this study,a single-group comparative experimental design was adopted.By analyzing the experimental data of lower limb jumping ability of subjects before and after the experiment, the influence of unstable weight training on the lower limb jumping ability of young basketball players was explored.A total of 13 U17 men’s basketball players from the Chinese basketball academy went to Lithuania for the experiment. Before the experiment, the indicators of lower limb jumping ability, strength and balance ability were tested and recorded. After the 6-week intervention training, the test was conducted and the data was collected. After the end of the experiment, the paired sample T test and the calculation of the effect amount were carried out. After the analysis of the test data before and after the experiment, the following results were obtained:(1)After 6 weeks of unstable dead weight training, the subjects’ two-step run-up on the dominant leg and one-leg jump on the non-dominant leg increased by 3.80±6.15cm(P<0.05),5.99±5.81cm(P<0.01),9.28±8.62cm(P<0.01)and 8.01±10.82cm(P<0.05)respectively,and the ability of the non-dominant leg to jump in the left and right direction increased by 3.80±6.05cm(P<0.05)compared with that before the experiment, showing significant differences. While the squat jump(CMJ)only improved by 1.18±2.55cm(P>0.05),the forward and backward jump of the dominant leg by 9.78±18.77cm(P>0.05)and 6.70±13.10cm(P>0.05),and the forward and backward jump of the dominant leg by 3.27±8.55cm(P>0.05),showing no significant difference before and after training. The effect amount of each indicator in the skip test was generally kept between small and medium.(2)After 6 weeks of unstable dead weight training, there was no significant difference in the data comparison of lower limb strength test(CMJ test)before and after the experiment. In the lower limb strength test, except the negative effect of peak power(g=-0.32),the effect of other indicators remained between small and medium.(3)After 6 weeks of unstable dead weight training, the subjects’ balance ability test showed a negative growth of 27.50±74.23mm(P>0.05)in the center of gravity movement track tested with both feet closed eyes; Before and after the experiment, there was a significant difference in the improvement of the balance ability of the left foot, and the center of gravity movement trajectory decreased by 57.70±79.70mm(P<0.05).Before and after the experiment, there was a significant difference in the improvement of the balance ability of the right foot, and the center of gravity movement trajectory decreased by94.15±92.58 mm(P<0.01).There was a negative effect amount in the balance ability test on both feet, while the balance energy on one foot was at the medium effect level.(4)During the 6-week experimental training, the total average RPE score after each training was 3.75,and the total average heart rate immediately after each training was101.2 times per minute. This study reached the following conclusions:(1)Unstable dead weight training has a significant training effect on two-step run-up and single-leg jumping ability, and it also has a significant training effect on the jumping ability of non-dominant legs in the front, rear and left and right directions.(2)Short-term unstable dead weight training has little effect on the improvement of lower limb muscle strength and explosive force, and the training effect is not obvious.(3)Short-term unstable dead weight training can greatly improve the balance ability of one foot, especially the balance ability of nondominant leg, while the training effect of the balance ability of both feet is poor.(4)Unstable dead weight training has a low training intensity, and the athletes participating in the training have a moderate sense of self-fatigue after training. |
