| In recent years,with the booming development of volleyball in China and the increasing attention of countries around the world to the cultivation of outstanding athletes,higher requirements have been put forward in terms of training for high-level athletes.As one of the main scoring means in volleyball,the quality and effect of the spike technique directly affects the overall level of the team on the court,while the swinging arm stroke speed is the key to the power and effect of the spike.Therefore,it is important to explore the quality of improving the training of volleyball players as well as improving the efficiency and scientific level of daily training.In this paper,30 volleyball players from Changchun Normal University were used as the experimental subjects,and Tracker image analysis software was used to analyze the video of volleyball players’ dunking,and the speed of shoulder,elbow and wrist joints during the dunking process was used as the test index.the experimental method was used to analyze the test data before and after the experiment to explore the effect of Flexi-bar training on the snapping arm velocity of college men’s volleyball players,so as to provide more valuable references for the special physical training of college men’s volleyball players.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in shoulder joint velocity between experimental group A,experimental group B and control group before and after the experiment of snapping and swinging test(p>0.05).(2)There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in elbow joint velocity in flexion and extension test before and after the experiment in experimental group A;there was a highly significant difference(P<0.01)in elbow joint velocity in flexion and extension test before and after the experiment in experimental group B;there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in elbow joint velocity before and after the experiment in control group.(3)Significant differences existed in the wrist joint speed before and after the experiment of buckling and swinging test in experimental group A(p<0.05);highly significant differences existed in the wrist joint speed before and after the experiment of buckling and swinging test in experimental group B(p<0.01);no significant differences existed in the wrist joint speed before and after the experiment of control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Flexi-bar training methods and conventional arm swing training methods can both improve volleyball players’ dunk swing speed,but Flexi-bar training has a more significant improvement effect,especially in improving the speed of the elbow and wrist joints during the dunking process.(2)After 12 weeks of training,a combination of Flexi-bar training and regular arm swing training was more effective for college men’s volleyball players in terms of dunk swing speed.(3)Flexi-bar training can improve the coherence of college men’s volleyball players’ bucket swinging power,which is conducive to improving college men’s volleyball players’ bucket whipping action and promoting the formation of correct bucket swinging action.Recommendation:(1)In the Flexi-bar training,the exercise load should be reasonably arranged with the actual situation of the volleyball players,too much exercise load will easily lead to the occurrence of sports injuries,while too little exercise load will make the training effect significantly reduced.Since the training load of Flexi-bar depends on how actively the practitioner swings the equipment,the practitioner needs to concentrate to ensure that the load of Flexi-bar training is moderate.(2)Flexi-bar training has the effect of improving the degree of muscle recruitment and promoting the integration of the kinetic chain compared with conventional bucket swing training,while conventional arm swing training has a better effect on enhancing the basic muscle strength,so in future bucket swing training,the advantages of various training methods should be compared and summarized through practice to form a complementary advantage,which is more conducive to developing the swing speed of university male volleyball players and promoting the scientific level of daily training.(3)Further combining the Flexi-bar training program with volleyball-specific features makes Flexi-bar training more effective for volleyball training and competition. |
