Research On The Dilemma Of Classification Management Reform In Private Colleges In China

This study focuses on the reform of classified management after the amendment of the law on the promotion of private education.The core question is why the reform of classified manage ment in private colleges and universities is difficult to be promoted?What kind of dilemma does the reform of classified management of private colleges encounter?The main research contents i nclude:using CiteSpace(5.2.r1)to analyze the relevant research in the field of private colleges a nd universities,identifying the knowledge block of "classified management of private colleges a nd universities" and summarizing it pertinently,evaluating and analyzing the theory and applicati on of institutional change;explaining and discussing the concepts involved in the research,and i ntroducing the theory and its application This paper analyzes the relevance;discusses the change s of the private higher education system by using the existing institutional change framework,an d strips out many problems in the development process of the private colleges and universities.O n this basis,it discusses the necessity of implementing the classified management;analyzes the i mplementation status of the classified management reform of the private colleges and universitie s,and gives the classified management reform of the private colleges and universities from the ce ntral,local and university levels The progress shows that the qualitative analysis tool NVivo 12.0 is used to code and analyze the policy data;the existing problems in the implementation of the c urrent situation are summarized,explained and explained by using the theory of institutional cha nge,and the Reform Dilemma of the classification management of private colleges and universiti es is extracted;in order to promote the effective implementation of the classification managemen t reform of private colleges and universities,the research puts forward several thoughts and sugg estions.The main findings are as follows:(1)there have been a considerable number of research res ults in the reform of classified management in private colleges and universities,limited by the le ngth of journals,which have been proved to be concise but narrow in vision and limited in interp retation.(2)As a process of "institutionalization",the reform of classified management can be ex plained by the theory of institutional change.(3)The reform of classified management is an effec tive way to break the development dilemma of private colleges and universities.(4)On the one h and,the difficulties in the reform of classified management of private colleges and universities ar e caused by the policy difficulties faced by the government,which are manifested as uncoordinat ed policies and vague policies;on the other hand,the difficulties in the reform of classified mana gement of private colleges and universities are the result of the interaction of policy difficulties a nd selection difficulties.
