With the rapid development of China’s society and Economy,the dem and for talents has gradually evolved from the past one-sided emphasis on professional skills to the all-round development of talents such as morality,intelligence,Physique,beauty and labor,more and more at tention has been paid to the problem of promoting students’physical a nd mental health.It is very important for college students to learn sports skills and to cultivate good personality,volitional quality and learning attitude.If students in the process of participating in spo rts learning,can meet the needs and arouse interest,it will form a positive effect,oneself will be satisfied.It is of great significance for college students to participate in sports to improve their mental health.Improve the sports skills of physical exercise,learning new ideas,so that students feel useful to learn,experience the sense of well-being.Strengthen the spirit of unity and cooperation of college students,improve their physical quality,so that they love sports.Reduce Their daily study,life and other aspects of negative emotions.Therefore,the mental health and subjective well-being of students is crucial.To study the differences of mental health and subjective well-being of students majoring in Physical Education,and to find out the influencing factors,the establishment of a correct outlook on life and values will play a positive role in the future into society.The sense of well-being in college life can promote the improvement of study and the adaptation to college life.between mental health and subjective well-being of physical education majors,in order to understand the correlation between mental health and subjective well-being of physica 1 education majors.The mental health and subjective well-being of students with different variables by grasping the statusquo of the mental health and sub jective well-being of students majoring in Physical Education Furthermore,the relationship between mental health and subjective well-being of students majoring in physical education was discussed.The materials needed in the study were collected by means of a questionnaire,which included basic personal information,mental health scale and subjective well-being scale.Taking the freshmen,sophomores and Juniors of the Institute of Physical was used to carry out the questionnaire survey by face-to-face distribution.After the valid data from the questionnaire were coded,the reliabilityThe result shows that the students of physical education major in Yanbian University have a good attitude to mental health and a good subjective well-being.In the aspect of mental health,there are some diff erences among different gender,major and grade students,among which there are significant differences in the aspects of happiness experience,interpersonal harmony and positive happiness of different gender students,there was no significant difference in emotion regulation,goal pursu it and challenge.There was no significant difference in each dimension among different majors.There were significant differences in happine ss experience,interpersonal harmony,positive happiness,emotion regulation and goal pursuit among different grades,but there was no significant difference in challenge dimension.In the aspect of subjective well-being,the mental health of students of different gender,major and grade is different,and the life satisfaction,positive emotion and negative emotion of subjective well-being of students of different gender are not obviously different.There was no significant difference in life satisf action and positive emotion in different majors.There were significant differences in negative emotion,positive emotion and negative emotion in different grades,but no significant difference in life satisfaction.By correlating mental health and subjective well-being with the mental health,the higher their subjective well-being,and the lower their mental health,the lower their subjective well-being.Mental health can effectively predict subjective well-being.
