Subjective well-being is positive psychology in the positive psychological quality under one aspect, to strengthen and improve the mental health education curriculum system construction is conducive to the formation of students' good psychological quality, to help college students solve the problem of abnormal psychology, to promote better understanding of themselves, respect for others, to improve the overall life satisfaction, realize the free comprehensive development of students. Mental health education curriculum as the main implement way of psychological health education, a positive effect on college students' subjective well-being.The purpose of this study is to explore the mental health education curriculum influence on college students subjective well-being, in reference to domestic and foreign research achievements about subjective well-being, on the basis of selecting 1977 compiled by the Fazio of overall well-being scale (GWB) and 2014 Li Huanling compiled by the PM status of college students questionnaire of the second part, and the second part according to this study need to some of the questions. Guangxi normal university for the first time transformation course of psychological health education, to examine the mental health education in the new course effect, this study grade 2015 students of guangxi normal university as the research object, through cluster sampling method to extract the guangxi normal university, class of 2015 include the liberal arts, science, body art class specialty,340 students, and teaching them to school before and after the questionnaire survey, using SPSS statistics software and Excel data sorting, analysis, comparison, according to the results of the study on mental health education curriculum positive influence on college students' subjective well-being policy Suggestions are put forward. This paper framework and main contents are as follows:Introduction, mainly to this selected topic reason, the research purpose and significance of research, college students' mental health education curriculum and the paper expounds the research status of subjective well-being, and put forward the theoretical basis and policy basis of this study, i.e., the marxist theory about people's free all-round development and the theory of positive psychology, the central committee of the communist party of China 16 files and teach social administration promulgated in 2005 no.1 "opinion", expounded the research idea of this study, research methods, the paper innovation place, and introduces the research object of this study, two research tools "overall well-being scale" and "the college students' comprehensive sense of happiness and mental health education course questionnaire" of the relevant information and simple process of data processing and statistical analysis. The introduction of this paper is for the next part of the analysis.The first chapter, the psychological health education issued before the commencement of the first questionnaire, through the questionnaire survey for the first time to understand the situation of the college students subjective well-being. The results show that college students subjective well-being present a higher level, their subjective well-being in gender, ethnic, professional, whether differences on loans and other demographic variables. Combined with the depth interview result on the basis of analysis of the questionnaire, the author analyzes the reasons of college students subjective well-being is higher and their subjective well-being in demography variables there is a reason, or there is no significant difference in the established to justify whether the proposed hypothesis in our study.The second chapter, by combining two questionnaire analysis results and in-depth interviews to explore the mental health education curriculum teaching after the cause of the college students subjective well-being slightly decreased, namely:can not adapt to the campus environment, studies are not being met, and interpersonal processes is not good, and college students subjective well-being before and after the lectures in the control of the emotions and behavior, relaxation and tension factor and overall well-being on the cause of the differences, at the same time analysis the student to the mental health education curriculum evaluation, and then discusses the mental health education curriculum and the relationship between college students subjective well-being, mental health education curriculum for the college students subjective well-being positive influence of the three aspects:mental health and education programmes for the establishment of students' positive emotion, for students to develop and build positive psychological function, help students to establish good interpersonal relationships.The third chapter, on the improvement of the mental health education curriculum system is put forward from three aspects of policy recommendations, in the aspect of school course position and role of mental health education curriculum, the curriculum nature, the teachers troop construction and working condition of psychological health education put forward Suggestions; In the aspect of teachers' theoretical knowledge of teachers, teaching methods and teaching means are proposed; In the student's individual level, mainly from the change student's attitude toward psychology class and encourage students to participate in the second classroom put forward the proposal on two points.Conclusion, the paper puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of this study.
