Parent-child reading,also known as parent-child reading,is to use books as the medium and reading as the link,so that children and parents can share various forms of reading process,play an important role in students’extracurricular reading,and it is one of the best ways for children to love reading.As an important form of family reading education,parent-child reading activities refer to the family education activities carried out by parents and children in the family with reading guidance as the main content,which has special significance for children’ s physical and mental growth.At present,the research on parent-child reading activities in China is mainly concentrated in the early stage of children,while the research on primary school is relatively weak,while the research on parent-child reading activities directly aimed at the lower grade of primary school is relatively small.However,the lower grade of primary school is the transition period from preschool education to formal education;it is the basic stage of children’ s ideological,behavioral,interest and temperament formation.The parent-child reading activities in this period play an important role in cultivating the basic reading ability,strong reading interest and good reading habits of primary school children.Based on this,this study,based on the research results of parent-child reading activities at home and abroad,takes 610 students’families in Zhalantun experimental primary school as research samples,and uses questionnaire survey method to explore the current situation of parent-child reading in Zhalantun experimental primary school.The overall development of parent-child reading in Zhalantun experimental primary school is at a general level.This survey aims to find out the existing problems and explore the influencing factors of parent-child reading in primary school and the promotion strategies of parent-child reading in primary school.The full text is divided into several parts:the first part,the introduction,explains the reason of this research,expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research on parent-child reading in primary schools,and combs the literature on parent-child reading at home and abroad from the value of parent-child reading,influencing factors,environmental creation and guidance strategies,etc.,to find out the shortcomings of the research,and then clarify this paper Research content,research scope and research methods.Define the basic concepts,including the concepts of primary school lower grade,reading,parent-child reading and primary school lower grade parent-child reading.The second part,the theoretical basis of primary school parent-child reading research,describes the related theories of primary school parent-child reading.The third part is the investigation of parent-child reading in primary school.First of all,this paper describes the questionnaire from three aspects:family background,family reading environment and parent-child interaction;then it analyzes the questionnaire from the concept of parent-child reading,guidance strategies,environmental support and other aspects.The fourth part makes clear the effect and problems of parent-child reading in Zhalantun experimental primary school.According to the problems reflected in the survey,combined with the current situation of parent-child reading in primary schools,the achievements and problems in parent-child reading in primary schools are clarified.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some countermeasures to the problems of parent-child reading in experimental primary school.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in primary school parent-child reading and the influencing factors of primary school parent-child reading,this paper puts forward the specific strategies to promote primary school parent-child reading from the aspects of teachers,the concept of primary school parent-child reading,specific content,guidance methods and reading environment.Conclusion:reflect on the shortcomings of this study,and accumulate experience for future research;expect that with the coming of learning society,the research of parent-child reading in primary school,even with children in all stages,will be more and more detailed,and parent-child reading will get more theoretical support and practical guidance.The reading of parents and children in primary school is affected by many factors.
