| In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Action Plan for Education Informatization 2.0",which emphasizes the importance of running online education,and actively promotes the development of "Internet + Education",and points out that there is no modernization without informatization.Educational informatization is the basic connotation of educational modernization and distinctive features are the key content and important signs of "education modernization 2035".The specific content includes upgrading the construction of the teaching resource database of vocational education,enriching the vocational education learning resource system,promoting the establishment of digital campuses in various regions as a unit and requiring a special guarantee team,and strengthening the construction and development of vocational education informatization.Subsequently,in January 2019,the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan(referred to as "Vocational Education 20Articles")emphasized that "vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have the same important position." Education development level ".Vocational education does not need to imitate the general education model.Therefore,secondary vocational education can continuously improve the construction of secondary vocational education system with the help of modern educational technology,thereby improving the development level of secondary vocational education.At present,the conditions for running secondary vocational education in developed regions are basically perfect,and they have begun to turn to connotative development;however,the conditions for running secondary vocational education in less developed regions are not optimistic.Especially in the construction and development of education informatization.Due to the different economic conditions in different regions of China,there is a huge difference between the construction and development of informatization of secondary vocational education and underdeveloped vocational education in China’s developed regions.The current construction of informatization of secondary vocational education in China is late,the system is imperfect,and the development is slow.In order to understand the current construction and development status of informatization development ofsecondary vocational education in underdeveloped areas,explore the outstanding problems and main causes in the construction and development of vocational education informatization in underdeveloped areas,and provide development for the construction and development of informatization of secondary vocational education It is recommended to further narrow the education gap and promote equity in education.Therefore,this study takes secondary vocational education in western Yunnan as the main research object,and conducts comparative research on the secondary vocational education in the Pearl River Delta region as the reference object.This article collects the research literature,books,books and other literatures of experts and scholars at various levels in the field of vocational education informatization,and comprehensively uses the relevant theories of pedagogy,informatics,educational psychology and the theoretical analysis of the survey method and comparative method.The research method combined with empirical analysis compares the current situation of the construction and development of secondary vocational education informatization in western Yunnan and the Pearl River Delta region,and finds out the problems in the construction and development of vocational education informatization in western Yunnan.Analyze historical and realistic reasons.By summarizing the excellent experience of the construction and development of secondary vocational education informatization in the Pearl River Delta region for reference in western Yunnan,specific and targeted recommendations are made for the construction and development of secondary vocational education informatization in western Yunnan.It can be seen from the research that overall,the development speed of informatization of secondary vocational education is continuously increasing,but there are obvious differences in the informatization of secondary vocational education between the Pearl River Delta region and the western Yunnan area,which is mainly manifested in the faculty,the effectiveness of informatized teaching applications,and information-based Technical school-enterprise cooperation,vocational school information industry and other aspects.The construction and development of informatization of secondary vocational education in western Yunnan are generally weak,and the differences within the region are not obvious.There are generallyproblems such as backward wisdom education concepts,weak vocational education teachers and teacher training,and low efficiency of information application.Therefore,combined with theoretical analysis and drawing on the excellent experience of the construction and development of secondary vocational education informatization in the Pearl River Delta region,this article proposes to increase investment in vocational education,increase the introduction of vocational education teachers,develop school-based courses,and continuously promote the integration of production and education in secondary vocational education,School-enterprise cooperation,overall planning to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and general education,strengthen the development of support cooperation,and explore the constructive and targeted suggestions of local cultural characteristics.Gradually improve the development level of secondary vocational education in western Yunnan. |
