| In order to speed up the rapid development of rural areas and reduce the structure of urban and rural areas,the central government issued the "opinions on the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy",which proposed that priority should be given to the development of rural education,and a good team of rural teachers should be built.In the "opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of teachers’ team construction in the new era",it is pointed out that we should build a modern school system.With the implementation of the "special post plan" in rural areas,the number of special post teachers in rural teachers has gradually increased,playing an important role in their own posts.In their work,they should not only complete the teaching work,but also participate in the management of the school.The management level of rural primary school is related to the development of rural compulsory education.It is of great practical significance for the development of rural education to enhance the management level of special post teachers in rural primary schools.This paper takes the special post teachers in L County of Henan Province as the research object,through the form of questionnaires and interviews,to understand the basic situation of the special post teachers,as well as their cognition of management,management ability,participation in management and school environment,etc.,and investigate the actual situation of special post teachers participating in school affairs management.Through the investigation,the author found that there are the following problems: first,special post teachers lack enthusiasm in participating in school management;second,special post teachers’ management ability is low;third,special post teachers’ participation in school management will affect teaching;fourth,special post teachers’ chances of innovating management methods are few;fifth,special post teachers’ participation in school management is less In participating in the school management,the management is not standardized;the main reasons for these problems are poor living environment,low salary,lack of management experience,less learning opportunities,heavy workload,low level of democracy in school management,and imperfect management system.Based on the deep analysis of the problems and causes of the special post teachers’ participation in the management of rural primary schools,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: firstly,at the government level,the education department should provide training opportunities for the special post teachers,and the relevant government departments should improve the treatment of the special post teachers and improve the living environment;secondly,at the school level,the school should reasonably allocate the workload,improve the living environment and improve the living environment Third,from the perspective of special post teachers themselves,special post teachers should enhance their enthusiasm for management,handle the relationship between management and teaching,and strengthen management learning. |
