| As an important part of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational teachers play a key role in training and transferring talents.The state attaches great importance to the construction of secondary vocational teachers,and has promulgated a number of policies to strengthen the training of secondary vocational teachers.According to the current situation of Guangdong,the Guangdong government and all walks of life have issued corresponding policies to train secondary vocational teachers in Guangdong,aiming at improving their professional competence and the overall level of secondary vocational teachers in Guangdong.Northern Guangdong Province is an underdeveloped area with relatively backward education level in Guangdong Province.It is also an area with a large number of ethnic minorities.To train and improve the effectiveness of vocational teachers in northern Guangdong is to respond to the call of the state to train teachers.It is helpful to understand the current situation and teaching of vocational teachers’ training effectiveness in northern Guangdong.Teachers’ training needs,in order to improve the training effectiveness of secondary vocational teachers in northern Guangdong,put forward effective suggestions;help to promote the further development of secondary vocational teachers’ training in northern Guangdong;can also promote the development of Vocational Education in northern Guangdong,narrow the educational gap in Guangdong,and achieve educational equity.Following the research idea of "Document Research-Theoretical Framework-Empirical Analysis and Qualitative Analysis-Countermeasure and Suggestion",this study adopts the methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,and statistical analysis to study the improvement of training effectiveness of secondary vocational teachers in northern Guangdong.Firstly,the training effectiveness of 362 secondary vocational school teachers in northern Guangdong was investigated,and the status quo of training objective effectiveness,training implementation effectiveness,training evaluation effectiveness and training guarantee effectiveness of secondary vocational school teachers in northern Guangdong was mastered.Secondly,through empirical analysis,it is found that the training effectiveness of secondary vocational school teachers in northern Guangdong is low,and there are some problems such as unclear training objectives,utilitarian purpose of teachersparticipating in training;lack of pertinence in training materials,lack of specific training content,single traditional training methods;and imperfect training evaluation mechanism and teachers’ examination in training evaluation effectiveness.The unreasonable way of nuclear evaluation,the imbalance of training level,the low level of training teachers and the lack of training funds exist in the effectiveness of training guarantee.Finally,based on the improvement of training objective efficiency,training implementation efficiency,training evaluation efficiency and training guarantee efficiency,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as integrating training contents,ensuring the effectiveness of training courses,integrating training teachers,ensuring the high quality of training teachers,activating training methods,improving teachers’ teaching skills,strengthening the management of training process,and ensuring the smooth progress of training.In order to promote the further development of vocational teacher training in northern Guangdong,we should improve the training efficiency and quality of vocational teachers in northern Guangdong. |
