Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises in various fields pay more attention to the improvement of employees’ vocational skills.In due course,the state has introduced the "dual certificate system",which refers to vocational certificates and educational certificates,to strengthen vocational ability training and skill upgrading.After years of practice,"carrying out vocational skill appraisal and carrying out vocational qualification certificate system" has become an important measure of China’s vocational education development strategy.The implementation of China’s professional appraisal system is relatively late.Although a series of detailed measures have been implemented to improve the quality of appraisal,it is still faced with many problems due to some objective factors(such as the system).In view of the current role,status and management of appraisal institutions,it is urgent to reform the management mode of appraisal institutions and build a comprehensive professional skill appraisal quality evaluation system dominated by strengthening self-control in order to effectively solve the appraisal quality problem and improve the appraisal quality.At first,this paper expounds the concept,function and significance of vocational skill appraisal,and explores the development of vocational skill appraisal system in China.On this basis,taking the occupational skill appraisal of Shandong Vocational College as an example,the management status of the vocational skill appraisal system of higher vocational colleges is deeply analyzed.Problem-oriented,combined with ISO9000:Asked in 2000,to the selection of the index of evaluation model,and then through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to build the overall model for shandong vocational college evaluation of each index is calculated,it is concluded that shandong vocational college appraisal appraisal quality management by A4 A6,facilities,equipment,quality management,quality management appraisal institutions A5,training quality management A3,four aspects need to focus on tightening,targeted puts forward some countermeasures to optimize,and implement quality evaluation model of professional skill appraisal system analysis to summarize the results of application.This paper has certain reference value for promoting the vocational education skill appraisal and improving the quality appraisal of the vocational education appraisal system.
